Their pricing is not competitive. Also They do not deal with customers in a professional way or do not want to engage with them for the long haul. Seem to have a transactional approach.

They added snow dams to my metal roof to keep the snow from sliding off too fast. I will use them again to put a roof over my back patio.

I recommend Fredi and his company to everyone who needs work done on their roof. I gave 5 stars but if I could it would be 5 Star + Fredi was the 5th person to quote my request for work. He was professional kind and very detailed in what he looked at. In addition he took pictures that allowed us to have a productive conversation. Of all of the quotes I received (from ridiculously high, to stupid low) his made the most sense. He made very concise points on what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could wait. His proposal made it easy for my wife and I to chose him to do the work. When his team showed to do the work on the house (on the agreed time!) I was very impressed with their professionalism and the way they presented themselves and Red Rock Roofing. They reviewed the work that was contracted, and the additional customer service items (scrape the roof of moss and blow out the rain gutters) that we not on the contracted list. The two gentlemen worked very hard and very efficiently. They had the task done in a very minimal time and when they were through you would have never known they were there the worksite was very clean and tidy. Thank you Fredi and crew for your outstanding job!!!!

They communicated very well with me, confirmed our appt, were on time, worked quickly, had great attitudes and even did a few things beyond the scope of the work at no charge. I replaced my 60-year-old torch down roof with new PVC and 2"insulation. Jose was responsive, getting back to me immediately and answering all my questions. He did everything he promised, including the extra work of coordinating his crew with the solar install crew. There were unexpected costs and delays because of the age and condition of my roof, the solar install preparation, and my request for more insulation. He handled all of it fairly and at a good price. No deposit required, I just paid when the work was done. A thoroughly pleasant transaction from start to finish.

Very Fast and Very Professional. I used Home Advisor because I didn't want to mess around Searching for a Company to take care of my needs. I was presented with 3 Companies and it was very Obvious from the start who the Stand Out Company was. Red Rock talked to me like I was a Person and not just another Job. They asked questions and insisted that I did the same. A couple days later I had an Estimate in Hand and all that was left was for the Wife and I to choose which color we wanted our Shingles to be on our Roof. I was told the Project would take two days and sure enough it was done in 2 Days from Tear off to them leaving my yard. Would I recommend RedRock for my next Roofing Project? Most Definitely.

Need a new roof?? Want a roofing company that is trustworthy, honest, reasonably priced, and sticklers for detail and perfection?? Red Rock Roofing is your go to place. We decided to have our roof completely replaced. Jose came out himself and gave us a very fair estimate after spending a good deal of time on our roof and doing lots of measurements and taking a lot of photos. On the day of the job, upon removing the old roof, Jose and his crew found a large amount of water damage. Jose took multiple photos and showed us exactly what had to be done. He and his crew worked tirelessly for two days to complete what was supposed to have been an easy job. Turned out to be a tough one. Jose kept us in the loop almost hourly. His crew was kind, courteous, respectful and tidy. They worked long hours and we were so impressed by their professionalism and how they treated our home with respect. One worker accidently bumped into one of our gutters. Jose was on the phone and had our gutter replaced within one day of the completion of our roof. That, my friends is the type of company we want to do business with. Thank you Jose and your amazing crew.

We suffered roof damage after a winter storm, which blew off many of our cedar shake shingles from the ridge lines of our roof. We contacted several roofing companies and Jose at Red Rock Roofing was by far the most responsive. He came out and assessed our roof and gave us an estimate for both repair and replacement. We felt pretty confident that our roof still had some substantial life left, so we opted for the repairs. He and his crew came out when the weather was good, and they cleaned the roof and repaired it over two days. He shared before and after pictures, and Jose and the crew did a very good job. We're very happy with the service we received and have no hesitation recommending Red Rock Roofing to others.

Roof repairs are difficult to judge until something goes wrong. So for now I'll assume they did a great job.

Jose was awesome from the first call, to his most recent text assuring everything was done and our needs met. No pressure, quick estimate, very good price, good value, good quality materials, and outstanding work from a really professional crew of great people. Great communication with Jose and the crew. Having an unexpected roof replacement (heavy snow and poor previous contractor) is not fun however, we needed work right away, with a solid job at a price we could afford, exactly what we got! Thank. Jose was great, did everything he said he was going to do. On time on budget, no shortcuts. I have never seen such a hard working crew, very nice people.

Roof damage during windstorm Sunday morning. Jose' called first thing Monday morning. He was here for an evaluation and bid by 10:00am. Work completed on Tuesday. Amazing!
