+ 0 moreThey did a good job. They were probably on time. They came the day they said they would. They stuck with the price they quoted me. I didn't get up to see if the gutters were clean but the gutters seemed to run better after they were here. Nothing stood out fabulous and nothing stood out terrible either. They were pretty comparable on price. They were great on calling back when I wanted the quote. It took them a few days for them to call back and give me the quote. I would say that they did not do a good job on the window washing. I wasn't home when they did that. I would probably stay and make sure that they wash the window, they said they would wash.
Description of Work: I used Quick & Clear Gutter & Window Cleaning to clean my gutters. They also put on some mold treatment on the roof, cleaned the mold off and put some mold treatment on there. They washed some exterior windows as well.

Description of Work: Travis came to house and thoroughly cleaned gutters and blew debris from roof. I called and the owner sent Travis out within an hour or so. Gutters were spotless and did a better job than I would have done myself. Completely happy with the job.

+ 0 moreOverall, the technician was here for 5 hours, so I felt the price was reasonable considering the amount of work performed and the quality of work. (They bid by house size and give a and quot;rangeand quot; depending on the amount of debris and moss on your roof.) Great experience with this company. I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: We recently purchased a home built in 2003. The roof had some moss on it, & the previous owners had installed a "do-it-yourself" cheap gutter guard system. I called "Quick & Clear" to get an appraisal. The appraisal was reasonable considering the work needing to be done. The young man the sent out was prompt & very polite. He did a great job clearing all of the moss off of the roof. (One reason I picked "Quick & Clear" is because they DON"T insist on pressure washing the roof. I knew it would be better for our composite roof to just have it brushed off.) Once the majority of the moss was brushed off, he blew the debris off of the roof. He then suggested that we remove the gutter guards since they were pretty much useless. He said they had installed them & then never cleaned under them. He took the time to pull off all of the plastic gutter guards, clean the gutters, and then check to make sure all of the downspouts were working correctly. He then applied a powder moss control on the roof, which is activated in the rain.

The job was excellent and he cleaned up very well. I could not be happier with the service and highly recommend them. I plan to have them back for windows as well as gutters and roof as needed. It's great to see a business operated in such a professional manner. They are the type of folks you feel comfortable with in your home.

We originally thought we might need to replace the gutters on our 33 year old home since they were clogged badly, leaking and had missing pieces, but this cleaning, unclogging, and repair work makes everything right again.

+ 0 moreThis company is terrific. They provided an estimate within 24 hours. Travis was on-time, professional, and a hard worker. He removed several large buckets of mud and sludge out of my built-in gutters by hand and then insured that all my downspouts were cleared. Very impressed. The clear plastic overhang on my patio was moldy and filthy - it looks like new now.
Description of Work: Roof was treated for moss. Built-in gutters and downspouts cleaned and cleared. Skylights and plastic porch roof were cleaned.

+ 1 moreI contacted Qand C via e-mail after reading their reviews on Angie's List. Originally I was just going to have the gutters cleaned, but after I saw their website I decided to have the outside windows and screens washed, and the house pressure washed. We agreed on a price (they offered a price-break if I had all services done at once), and a day. However, they were only able to clean the gutters, because I was unaware my window screens needed to be removed from inside, so they couldn't wash the windows. They came back on a Saturday (even though they normally don't work on this day) to complete the job, removed the screens for me (educating me in the process on how they worked), cleaned the windows, pressure washed the house, and gave me feedback on my gutters (first time they were professionally cleaned). After all that--and the unplanned return trip on a Saturday--Qand C honored their original quote. Very pleasant, very professional. And--my house looks great!

+ 0 moreDealing with this company was an excellent experience starting with a very pleasant person who answered the phone. She gave me an estimate and they were able to schedule me within the week. The young man assigned arrived promptly at his scheduled time. He treated the roof first and was careful to clean up any debri. When he came inside the house to wash the windows he removed his shoes without being asked. He wiped around the window frames too. After he finished the outside windows he replaced the screens. He even cleaned the little window in my front door. He was all done in 2 hours and left me with a mosss free roof and sparkly clean windows. I will definitely use this company again.
