I was very pleased with the service I received from Puget Sound Blind Cleaners. The technician who came to my home identified blinds that needed to be removed and taken in for repairs and educated me on simple repairs that I could do at home. I had multiple blinds that were 20+ years old, and he was able to repair them so that I could continue to use them.

Excellent. Our technician Chris arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly and efficiently assessed the problems with our broken sliding door blind. He was able to repair it on site with available parts and tools, and reinstall it during his first visit. Chris removed the window shade and took it to the shop for a wand replacement and cleaning. He returned it a couple of days later, cleaned and like-new condition. Both blinds now work flawlessly. Michelle contacted me to arrange for payment as promised. We have done business with this company in the past under previous ownership and were delighted to see that they continue to maintain the high standards we previously experienced. We will happily recommend them to friends and family.

I called before stopping by to verify price and schedule. I dropped off the blind to be restrung and got it back within a week. Only hitch was they could not match the old cord color. Now I have on window with green cord on the blind and another with white ( the restrung blind) Works like new.

We could not have asked for a better job. We had a combination of metal and faux wood blinds. Chris arrived at exactly the time we were told, was personable and professional. He returned 2 days later with our VERY clean blinds and quickly and efficiently re-installed them.

The gal at the front looked at my broken blind and moved a few strings and did not charge me and cleaned the 2nd blind. I am impressed that she did not charge me as she fixed it. I will bring my blinds here in the future. I know they are an honest company to do business with. Thank you.

They were very responsive to my voice mail messages. I had some older blinds and they assisted me with an informed choice on the future of those blinds. I greatly appreciate that they were interested in what was best for me. If I ever have work that needs to be done on blinds in the future, I will definitely make Puget Sound cleaners my first choice.

Michelle called me back promptly on Monday morning, after I filled out a form on their site over the weekend. One thing I consider a sign of a good business is if they are willing to tell you right away that they won't be able to help you, and to articulate clearly why. Michelle explained clearly and apologetically that their ultrasonic blind cleaning is a wet process, and our blackout blinds can't be cleaned with a wet process. "Some people might, I think, but we don't want to ruin your blinds." So we ultimately didn't do any business, but I learned something and they were prompt and professional. A+.

Talk about being punctual! Wow! The blinds look like new and they replaced all the end caps and grommets so they perform like new too. The guy who picked them up and delivered them was very professional and quick. I will be calling them every couple of years for this service. Quick turnaround and timely.

He arrived exactly on time for both the pickup and delivery. He was friendly and efficient. I got my blinds back in one day and they look like new. I wasn't expecting much since they hadn't been cleaned in 15 years. This was well worth the money and I should have done it years ago. Highly recommend!

Had one blind broken. Referred here by Home Depot. Excellent work! Blind is now good as new. Had it cleaned too just to see if there was a noticable difference. There really is. Looks brand new while the others look dusty and old. Will be taking the others in for a cleaning.

I recently moved into a rental home where the window coverings had not been cleaned since 1994 and the fabric on the Silhouette shades had pet damage. Puget Sound Blind Cleaners picked up 19 blinds/shades, cleaned them and re-installed them, as promised, two days later. They look so much better. Since some of the Silhouettes did not clean up as well as they expected, the price was tremendously discounted. I would highly recommend PS Blind Cleaners!

Awesome! Our blinds where in a rental house that we just bought. It had been very poorly maintained and sat empty for years. There blinds where filthy and the cords where black in spots. I was just going to throw them away but I thought I would give them one last chance by having them cleaned. Even the black on the cord is gone! They look brand new! One set had knots in the cord so bad that she recommended replacing it so I took her advise on it and she took care of that as well. She had them done the following day too! It was WAY cheaper than replacing them. This is the place to go!

We have three shades/blinds and the cords have ripped. She put in new cord so that we can raise the blinds nicely again. The first time I used her, she was able to get the job done in a matter of hours. This second time, it was only a couple days. She also pointed out how the lock on the blinds is wearing, that we are perhaps pulling on them from an angle, which is not good for the cord. Sure enough, she was right and we've changed our ways.

Everything about my experience with Puget Sound Blind Cleaners was first rate. I was working my blind cleaning around the painting schedule in my home and they were more than accommodating. They were prompt in picking up the blinds and pleated shades and held them for me until the painting was done. The pleated shades were over 12 years old and after the cleaning of the first shade, they discovered some discoloration and promptly called me to discuss my options. We decided to just give the rest of the pleated shades a good dusting instead of the more thorough cleaning. All of the miniblinds were cleaned with no problems. I was so grateful they called and discussed the options with the shades. Chris came to reinstall all the shades and blinds and was so personable and handled everything. He provided some missing hardware and even fixed some blinds that had not been part of the cleaned group. All of the shades and blinds look wonderful and their rates are so reasonable for the work they did. For any future cleanings or repairs, I will definitely call Chris to come back and highly recommend his company!

Chris arrived at the appointed time and surveyed the broken pull cord for an exceptionally wide blind. Said he would be able to do the repair here at the house rather than having to take it to the shop. Work completed within 30 minutes. When I made the original appointment the office had me make a follow up one for returning the blind in case it had to be taken to the shop for repair. I received a follow up phone call (message) the day after the work was done to make sure the work was satisfactory. I haven't received the bill but I'm sure it was an amount I found agreeable when I first called for the appointment.

Puget Sound Blind Cleaners provided an estimate for restringing my blinds. They completed the repair in excellent time and when I picked up the blinds told me that the repair was not as extensive as originally thought. Happily, they charged me less that originally agreed upon.

They were on time, very pleasant, and my blinds are spotless. Very happy with the service and will use them again. They left my home very clean.

We were very happy with this experience. They arrived on time, took the blinds down, and took them for a much needed cleaning. They had to run them through their cleaning process twice to get them clean and they were successful. We were getting new windows at the time so some needed to be cut down, which they will do for an additional fee. When we were ready they brought them back and reinstalled. We were amazed at how well they look. This is a very professional family-run business

Great! The blinds are probably over 10 years old and we live close to I-5 so they were very dirty... it looks like we have brand new blinds now that they are clean again ... They were easy and great to work with I'd use them again.
