Buyer beware! Contractor showed up on time at the rental unit. I paid him over the phone for the amount he said I owed. He told me he made the dryer element repair, and then I learned he told the tenant he would return to make the repair. Next day we had the dryer vent cleaned and a bird nest was found in the vent. This contractor said there was no sign of a past or present problem with dryer itself. I then phoned Puget Sound Appliance (PSA) who said they would reverse the $567.79 charge (heating element and labor) on my charge card. This never happened. I challenged the expense with my card company. PSA then provided the card company with an invoice I had never before seen that included a penciled in no refund policy and a forged signature.

I called Puget Sound Appliance Tech to examine my Samsung washing machine because it stopped draining. Jordan arrived and checked immediately and founds a filter that never cleaned even once. He opened the washing gently and showed me what to do when it happened again. His service is absolutely stellar, and I am glad he came to rescue my washing machine. Highly recommend.

Problem skillfully diagnosed and explained to me. Repair would cost more than new unit so not done. Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and kind.

The repair work went very well. It was difficult to find someone to work on a Samsung dryer. Jordan and his assistant readily accepted the assignment. They showed up right on time, rapidly diagnosed the problem - failed heating unit and thermostat - and also noted that one of the pulleys was not rotating freely and the belt was frayed, They had all the parts in their van and restored the dryer to working order in about 40 minutes. They restored the laundry area and left tbe place as if they had never been there. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

Jordan was on time and professional and he diagnosed the problem quickly as having to deal with the tracks on the freezer drawer. He greased the tracks with lithium grease and told me the other part of the problem was that the gasket around the freezer drawer was starting to go bad. He told me he'd check on parts availability and was very clear on the options/cost of fixing vs. replacing. Jordan followed up the next day to let me know the gaskets are unavailable due to the age of the freezer and left his number in case I had questions. While the seal isn't perfect, the work he did on the tracks fixed the problem long enough to allow us to limp our fridge/freezer along for a little while longer while we save for a new one. Jordan and Puget Sound were well worth the $100 diagnostic fee and I'll definitely call them again in the future.

Unfortunately my fridge problem was not repaired even though it was reported to my warranty company as the problem was resolved. Based off this report by Puget, they wont replace my fridge even though that was advised by Puget their first time coming out. They reported it as not able to replicate problems and there was nothing wrong. The problem with the water dispenser was NOT fixed so I had to have another company come. I tried calling and emailing Puget Sound to see why there was a discrepancy but didn't receive a response. The first time they came, I rated them highly but now I'm lowering that review.

Jordan was amazing at fixing a botched repair job. He responded immediately (9pm at night) to making an appointment, came on a SUNDAY and was VERY thorough at fixing my fridge.He showed me what was wrong and gave good advice for the future. I'd hire him again and again. He was a referral from my home warranty company so I didn't have to pay him--not even for the hose he replaced.

Amazing service from start to finish! Customer support and appointment setters are friendly and helpful. Our repairman was on time, identified the problem quickly and my washer running better than it has in 10 years. Very clean, friendly and cost effective. Highly recommend!!
