 + 0 moreAvoid this provider at all costs. They are dishonest crooks. I was initially pleased based on the speed in which they finished. I work from home and they arrived and were gone within a couple of hours before my lunch break. They billed us for an extra 6 hours that they weren't even on the property ($881 total). My mistake for not getting an official estimate. The owner would not listen to our complaint, said he would take us to small claims court and we had to prove that his employees were not on the property for the time they billed - he would not give us a physical address to counter - serve. Within a few weeks he served us and we were in court (amazingly quick) and we lost. Since then we found out several of our neighbors have wifi security camara's and timestamped footage of the employees arriving and leaving from several angles. Now we are stuck with the pain and hassle of taking them to court to recover our time, suffering and over billing. Avoid this provider at all costs.
Description of Work: They came to rake up and remove fall leaves, a job we have done every year for ~$400 for our 1/5 acre lot. They were quick, and only hauled away leaves (small branches, limbs and leaves under plants/rockery were left untouched).

 + -1 moreThey really did a great job. They were responsive. The condo board recommended them. They had some really good ideas. They offered us options. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
