+ 2 morePat charges us by the hour and since he's very fast, I'm comfortable with this. For the kitchen project, we had a dead-line because we had a tenant moving in. Pat helped with the design and started tearing out to the studs while I purchased the IKEA cabinets and materials he needed. Pat then installed an amazing full-size kitchen with great attention to detail. We had a couple of problems with getting a range hood in the space and Pat problem solved with an eye to keeping everything to code. He also supervised the tape/mud guys and directed the installation of a washer/dryer unit that needed some construction to get it in. He has a crew come in with him on the days he needs them and they really cranked out the work. It was such a satisfying project. Pat is a good communicator and I really trust him.
Description of Work: Pat has replaced leaking sliding doors in a not too plumb house with new energy efficient doors that don't leak, repaired decks and rails, and the latest project was turning a large closet that is under a stair into a charming kitchen for a mother-in-law.
