We have been using this team for over a year. We highly recommend using them and have referred several of our friends and family.

It did not. I called them and requested an extension due to extenuating circumstances. I was told no problem, just text a mobile number when ready. I am now told they will not honor the offer. "Sorry!" I probably should of had them come and work around the issue. Any way I can get my money back?

Had deep cleaning done. Specified that I would like the shelves and cabinets to be dusted. Only had light cleaning done, yet took hours and no dusting was done. Owner said she would make sure to have dusting done next time if I hired them as my biweekly cleaners, but I did not want to take the risk.

Always reliable and does good work. I have had them do multiple jobs with various clients and everyone has been happy with the work done.

Pretty well. She worked fast. Found that , probably in her haste, had disconnected some of our computer/printer connections. Easy fix but startling to find problem.

Although the cleaner was given the wrong address and was about an hour late due to that, she did a great job. To ensure that she could be finished on time, her boss also came to help out. Very nice folks and very professional.

The woman came to my elderly parents' house and did a very good job. They were very happy with the service. The employee was late but I was called the night before to let me know that she might be late. It was much appreciated to let me know.

I just had a great family reunion at my house and Im so happy I called PQ for a deep clean this week or else i would have had that extra stress of cleaning the house on top of everything else I was dealing with. The owner was great and saved me on such a short notice. I called on Monday and she was at my house the very next day for an estimate. We worked out a price and the very next day the cleaners were at my house to do the cleaning. The very next day! I was shocked that PQ was able to come out and do the work so quickly! They did an amazing job also! There were two girls that came to clean my house, both were very pleasant gals, they took around 3 hours to make my home sparkling clean. The owner also came after the girls were done to check on everything and to make sure i was happy. I walked into my home and not only was every surface polished and spotless the house even smelled cleaner! So not only am I still ecstatic by how wonderful PQ made my home look, I also got so many compliments from my family about the appearance of my home! I even called PQ today to set up bi-weekly cleanings from here on out.

Wow! Outstanding is all I can say. My house hadn't had a deep cleaning in awhile and I never had any experience with a house cleaning company before. The results were absolutely outstanding and I'm extremely picky about my tidiness. Everything was absolutely spotless. They even included the interior windows and interior of the refrigerator. It is such a relief to come home to a clean house. I highly recommend their services they are very professional and quick to respond also.

just moved to Renton and the house I purchased was not very clean when it was finally time for me to move in. The previous owners left the house in a condition that I did not feel comfortable moving into. I checked yelp for house cleaning services that were nearby and based on the review I called Vita and she was there the same day to give me an estimate and the cleaners were there the very next day! They came on time and got straight to work. I can tell that they took their time to make sure to bring every room to perfection. Their work was very diligent and they payed attention to everything. They took care of every concern that I had also. I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism that Vita's provided me with. They made my move in to the new house a lot more quicker and better than I had hoped. I even set up a weekly cleaning plan with them for the future. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for someone to get the job done as soon as possible and clean your home as if it were their own.

Vita's cleaners had come on time and were very kind and professional. They did a deep clean on a house that I purchased and had done renovations to so it wasnt in the best condition. There were two girls there that worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned every nook and cranny of the house and payed excellent attention to all the details. They even went out of their way to wipe down the balcony. Vita also came by twice, once beforethe girls started working and also when they finished. She was a pleasure to work with and provided great service, I will definitely continue to use her service!
