He did an awful job. I am still picking up nails in the yard. He was going to put wire over the airspaces in the attic so the animals would not get in there and never did. I had to call an exterminator to get the animals out. I would never use him again.
Description of Work: He came out to the house and tore off he old roof and put a new one on.

Roof failed after 6 months. Popa's Residential Roofing declined to make required repairs and a lawsuit for breach of contract was filed by the homeowners. Arbitration award was made in favor of the homeowner. Popa's Residential Roofing and Viroel Popa has refused to satisfy the court ordered judgement. The homeowner is now out the cost of a new roof. Popa's Residential Roofing and Viroel Popa cannot be trusted.
Description of Work: Replaced cedar shake roof with composite roof.
