+ -1 moreWE LOVE THE HOUSE. THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE FLOOR PLAN IS GREAT AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GREAT. NORRIS IS GOOD AT BUILDING HOMES BUT NEEDS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR PEOPLE DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. WHEN YOU DO TALK TO A PERSON THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND THEN DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY DON'T TRY TO FINISH THE HOUSE BY THE CLOSING DATE, AND DON'T SEEM CONCERNED ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE THAT CAUSES.
Description of Work: WE JUST MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOME IN MAPLE VALLEY. IT WAS BUILT BY NORRIS HOMES INC.

+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WE WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THINGS AND ADD WHAT WE WANTED TO PERSONALIZE THE HOME. WE ADDED MANY UPGRADES AND MOST OF THE EXTRA COSTS WERE EXPLAINED AHEAD OF TIME SO THAT THERE WERE NO SURPRISES.
Description of Work: BOUGHT A NEW HOME THAT WAS PLANNED FOR CONSTRUCTION AND WE ADDED UPGRADES AND MADE CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL PLANS.

+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A LEARNING ONE. WE SHOULD OF BEEN TOLD BEFORE WE MET WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL SUB THAT WE NEEDED TO WRITE IT DOWN AND THEN HAVE THEM (THE SUBCONTRACTOR) SIGN IT. THERE WERE SEVERAL MISTAKES BY THE SUBS THAT THEY SAID WE NEVER TOLD THEM THAT OR THEY NEVER TOLD US.
Description of Work: NORRIS HOMES BUILT OUR HOUSE IN AUBURN. THE DESIGN OF THE HOUSE IS AWESOME. JOHN NORRIS MET WITH MY WIFE AND I BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED CONSTRUCTION ON THE HOME. THEY GAVE US THE FIRST CHOICE OF LOT WE WANTED AND WHERE TO PLACE IT ON THE LOT.
