+ -1 morePamela answered the phone and we quickly determined that my printer was not worth repairing. Rather than moving onto the next customer, Pamela spent the next few minutes educating me on printer options, things to look for, and strengths/weaknesses for a replacement printer. I was beyond impressed with the personable and helpful attitude that Pamela took towards someone who was not going to be doing business with her - I cannot imagine how helpful she would be if I were an actual customer. If I ever have any work that I need done, I will definitely be looking Pamela and Night Sky IT again!

+ 0 moreWe've used Nightsky IT for hardware upgrades, software upgrades, backup services, crisis management (my system's down!!!! what do I do????) and have yet to be disappointed in the response time and services provided. We anticipate using Nightsky IT ongoing!
Description of Work: I've used Nightsky IT as my company's IT service company for the past several years, and have found them responsive and very reliable. I value customer service and Nightsky IT to provide very good customer service, both over the phone, by email and in person. They have helped my choose hardware, when I needed to upgrade all my computers and network, and they installed and trained my staff with a mimimum of interruption. Thanks!

+ 0 moreShe is great. She is very good for older person like me. She is reassuring because you do not feel like she is just taking it to the claimer. If there is something wrong, she can carry your computer and bring it back, and if she doesn't have to do that, she can do it over the phone. Overall, I can't think anything against her at all.
