About us

We install and sell televisions, stereo equipment, computers and electronics. We install and configure internet connectivity for Blu-ray and IPTV, as well as routers and wireless or wired networks. We install over fireplaces, on walls or in any place you want. We will hide all the wires for a beautiful installation. We also repair the wall we have worked on and get it ready for painting. We have been servicing the Seattle area for 14 years. We also offer products at a lower price than most stores. Our installation service is guaranteed for life. If it's a computer, TV, DLP, home theater system or just about anything electronic or computerized, we can install it. We offer DLP TV repair, too. Our travel charge will depend or be based on the distance. Travel charge is always applied towards installation cost.

It has been such a pleasure working with Michael. He possessed a calm, friendly demeanor even under the stressful and unanticipated circumstances he faced on this particular job. I am rather "old school" but want to take advantage of some of the new media that the industry has to offer, and he took the time to walk/talk me through it with this new TV installation. There were times that he had to communicate with the cable company that I could not have successfully done on my own because I do not speak their "techie" language. That assistance from him was priceless! More recently, he has also helped me with some virus issues on my laptop, getting them resolved to my total satisfaction (tutorial included). As I move forward...becoming more technologically savvy, Michael will be my "Guru" with phone, tablet, etc. He's my "Go To" man for sure!
Description of Work: Michael purchased, delivered and installed my new Smart flat screen TV in addition to adjusting, doing extra wiring and connecting cable work that the cable company technician did not deliver. He also took care of communication with the cable company to accommodate the lack of communication with and delivery of the wrong cable boxes for my intended purpose. This required extra time and effort on Michael's part way beyond the task he "signed up" to do.
