Mr. Millro and his team performed a job that made it possible for my daughter to have her own room by converting the loft into a room I mean closet full wall a window that looked over the living room, selling fan, ceiling mount for her T.V. and even helped out with a few other things around the place after they he was done with the main we surprised my daughter. no question about me calling him or anyone on his team and P.S. On time, honest and trustworthy that played a big part,I wasn't able to be home most of the time. Great Job Millro Maintenance

Alot of painting. Spent $375.00 at Sherwin Williams. First coat of primer couldn't hide the smoke, second primer did alot better. First coat of paint still could see smoke, second finished it. The fourth day was touching up corners and wall seams.To much damage to the walls, so much time and paint had to be invested.

David and his son did an amazing job at our home. We originally contacted him to help repair drywall in a couple of different places in our home, but since them had him assist with two major bathroom projects. He helped us to reseal a full shower and bath, and then re-do tile and set an all glass shower in our master bathroom. The work looks amazing and they were able to fix ALL of the problems we were having. David is a super rare find. He is experienced, communicative, knowledgable, and very professional. I have already shared his contact information with close friends, and will recommend him to others in a heartbeat!

David did a great job applying sheet rock to our ceiling. it took one day and there was no mess after he was finished.

I got 3-3.5 days of services from David. He helped us replace tiles in bathroom, hang a projector screen in drywall, put a beautiful fence around our bedroom patio. He also helped us with some minor fixes related to our flooring and hanging some paintings. David is very genuine, trustworthy and professional.
