We cannot imagine having gone through this complex and time-consuming process with anyone else! Erin was very professional from start to finish. She was always punctual, prompt in responding to communication, highly efficient, personable, and honest. She is an excellent communicator and was able to break down the most complex of real estate concepts in a way that I was able to understand (no easy feat). We called Lisa when we sold our home quickly and unexpectedly (on our own) in May, 2012. Our buyers wanted to take possession ASAP and we had no place to live. Lisa to the rescue! The first house we bought was a straight sale and went quickly and smoothly. Next, we purchased a short sale home for a rental property investment which went exactly as Lisa had explained it would. Our third purchase was a bank owned property which involved more education from Lisa as well as and quot;biddingand quot;. Lisa is very knowledgeable in the real estate market which is no easy feat with all the possibilities that exist today. We appreciated her expertise, her insight and honest advice. She never missed an appointment, was available anytime day or night, or someone from her team was there. Oh, and by the way, in the middle of all this, she had a baby!!! Incredible woman.

They were excellent. They listed and went in the next day and took the pictures of the house. It was sold the next week. We were out of town and they had to do it by fax. It was wonderful. I will use their services again in the future.

We needed to list and sell a home which was part of an estate...wanted to do it as quickly as possible...Lisa met with us on March 15th for the 1st time...we signed listing papers...the home was staged and pictures posted on website in 1 day...homes had 2 offers in less than a week...We were out of town....Lisa called us and we worked by phone and then fax to sign the offer...and counter offer...the home was sold in a weeks time...and closed in less than a month...could not have asked for a better experience...
