+ -1 moreInstallation went ok. Product was defective. Paperwork got lost? Took forever to have the issues settled. One window still doesn't work properly. We are waiting on warmer weather to see if the jam corrects itself. Very tough to open and close. Other widows were fixed. Numerous calls and that many different answers. This was done in the LYNNWOOD store. Not really satisfied with this department.

+ -1 morePoor. They switched the order. Gave me 600 of plush and 300 of berber. Once you have your house empty of furniture and have taken vacation to coordinate it all there was little choice but to accept their error. A marginal discount was given.
Description of Work: Ordered 300 sq feet of plush and 600 sq feet of berber carpeting. Subcontractor installed.
