+ 7 moreMr. Simpson and is staff did a wonderful job. Our bathroom looks and feels like being in a luxury hotel. Mr. Simpson sat down with us and ask questions, we look at the bathrooms came up with a plan. He took his time with us as we picked items for our bathrooms. The work started on time and finished on time. His staff was superb any questions or concerns were answered and dealt with. They came in did the work no messing around, professional all the way. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any other project we need. I am very pleased with the results, although I did not know exactly what I wanted for my bathrooms. His suggestions and guidance was worth it. .
Description of Work: Replaced vanity countertop, sink and new faucet. Removed lights and installed over the medicine cabinet bar lights. Installed new medicine cabinet and new toilet. Replaced vanity cabinet, countertop, 2 sinks and two faucets. Replaced mirror with medicine cabinet and replaced toilet. Replaced garbage disposal, and repaired a door.

+ 12 moreThe whole project took approximately three months. I was really really happy about the job and how I was handled as a customer. Len-Can was quite professional and always responded in a timely manner.
Description of Work: My provider gutted and combined two 300 sq ft rooms to create one darling, cozy 600 sq ft one bedroom apartment which included a bathroom with an on demand water heater, a nice bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Nice sized windows and a sliding door off the living room provided lots of light and made the apt seem much larger than it was. A nice deck was also built off the living room. The space was very efficiently used. The apt was attached to a wonderful 100 year old, 2200 sq ft house that also had some renovation. Fourteen standard vinyl and three huge picture windows replaced the old windows in the house. The front door was also replaced. A load bearing wall was removed between the kitchen and dining room creating a more freeflowing space. The wall was replaced by a huge cedar cross beam that was supported by cedar posts resting directly on the foundation. A front and back porch were rebuilt and enlarged allowing me to have many wonderful parties. Interior painting was done throughout the house. Wall to wall carpeting was installed throughout the house. Cedar siding replaced all the "veerrry old" siding, also painted. It was awesome. Last but not least I had a very cool driveway and steps installed made of stone pavers.

+ 3 moreIt went smoothly. Len came out and did the measuring and then gave me a cost estimate and contract to sign. I shopped with Len to pick out the tile and toilet. Installation went smoothly and the work was completed in the time frame we agreed to. I am pleased with the look of my bathroom. Len was open in sharing his knowledge of tiles and toilets while allowing to make my own choice based on my preferences. I enjoy working with Len Can builders. I have used them in the past for much larger remodeling projects and will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: install bathroom tile and new toilet, prime and repaint area around the toilet.
