Description of Work: I moved my mother to senior housing. The guys were great, respectful and did whatever we requested for them to do. Bobby, Sam and Johnny are a great team and I will definitely hire them in the future!!

Description of Work: The company move my furniture and property from one location in town to another. They packed the boxes loaded the trucks and unloaded the trucks. They were responsive and timely in providing and estimate and their communication in general. The workers arrived on time, were prepared to work, and did a good job. The company did not stand by their estimate and want more money for extra time and materials. They seemed to by very aware of, and pretty much relied on, a state law that allows for a 25% increase from an estimate. Although their desired material increase was over 100% of the estimate. There were no extenuating circumstances such as weather or unexpected logistics. The sales person seemed to purposely underestimate the job to get the order. I disputed the increase and worked out a compromise with the manager of the operation. They held a position in those discussions that they did not do business that way. I will hold firm that in this case they did do business that way. If it is an exception and it was one off event then the company is fine. They seemed to be to quick well versed when trying to up-charge me and the front line workers told me it happens "all the time". Get a guaranteed price to save yourself the battle!
