This is a small, family-owned and operated company. The owners come to do the work, and they seem very honest and straightforward. They don't pressure you or do a hard-sell routine. They simply give you an assessment and an estimate, and go about their work quietly and thoroughly. They spent a long time on my bathroom, and returned to make sure that I was satisfied. It actually took them more than the one day I listed. They were concerned about doing the job to my utmost satisfaction! The slight lateness of their arrival on the first day was due to bad traffic conditions.

Jeff cam out and gave me a free estimate for the repair work to be done to my master bathroom floor. He had to remove 33 tiles, replace them regrout and seal. He was very professional and did a terrific job.He showed up on time, did the job with a minimum of bother to us, and got it done in a timely manner. It looks great, and makes me wonder why we didn't use him in the first place and saved the time and money cleaning up after the other contractor.I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who wants a professional job done.

Upon first contact, the two brothers who operate Groutpro were quick to repond to our request for a free estimate. We liked their price and straightforward manner, so hired them on the spot. They came as scheduled about a few days later. Our shower is located at one end of our bath tub and enclosed by glass with a swinging door on the front side. On the left side, it's half-glass supported on the end of the tiled tub enclosure. The two inside walls are tiled from top to bottom. We had a significant amount of ugly black mildew in the grout lines of the tile section on the lefthand side inside the shower. All groutlines inside the shower were thin and discolored. Groutpro gave us an estimate of $450 to restore the tile and re-grout. In order to fix the portion with heavy mildew in the groutlines (ca. 6 sq ft.) they proposed to replace the tile. We were to pay for any new tile required. We agreed and they began work promptly on the agreed date. In the process of replacing the bad tile, they discovered that the cement board that it was mounted on was loose and eroded. We agreed to an additional $170 to replace the cement board. The majority of the work was completed on the first day, leaving the second day for regrouting, replacing the shower glass and re-caulking as needed. We decided mid-stream that we would like the shower pan refinished by another vendor and asked Dave (Groutpro) if he could finish up in the following week. We were delighted to find out that he was agreeable, even though it meant a last minute change in his schedule. He came back the following week and finished the job in a few hours. We are very pleased with the result. Our shower looks better than new and if the mildew protection stuff they applied works, we will have a beautiful shower for years to come. These guys really know what they are doing. First class work.

They showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. They always removed their shoes at the door which i was very pleased with because many contractors dont. Even though I saw before and after photos of previous jobs they had done I was not expecting them to be able to bring my tile back to brand new looking like they did. I am very pleased that I hired them because it saved me a lot of money as I was thinking of tearing it out and starting over. Since they sealed my grout once they had it looking new again it has been way easier to keep clean. Great Job!
