My neighbor had them scalp their hillside and they came on to our property and brush cut shrubs, trees and wildflowers we'd been cultivating for several years. We'd installed jute fabric 5 years ago when planting because it's a steep slope prone to erosion. Probably 2500 square feet of damage in total. I told the crew where the line was after the damage had been done, and they went back onto our property and raked everything out after I told them not to. Lee came out to look, but minimized and told me to "wait for the blackberry to grow back." I told him I needed coir logs or jute fabric to offset the bare soil and erosion that will now occur during the fall and winter and he offered to draw me a picture. He said he would not help cover the damages. Didn't listen to anything I said- totally uninformed, careless, and not even an apology. They did all I wanted but they were about to do some major shortcuts which would have been disastrous. I found I had to supervise them. The pruning and hauling away of branches was fine.? Their thatcher didn't work so they were going to pretend that they had done that and they were about to do the?seeding. I intervened and?said they could not do that. I showed them the thatching problem and I really had to do that. So fortunately?their chief guy on the project -- there were three --?called their boss back?at the office. He came on out and had a thatcher that actually worked but they?were about to skip that?and they would have had to come back in a n another month or so to redo the job?at their expense? -- certainly not mine -- if I?hadn't leaned on them to do that. I simply insisted you can't not do that simply because?your machine doesn't work.?

Jimmy came out and discussed my project with me and gave me a bid. I sent a follow up question and picture over email, using the email he told me to use as well as their general info email address, but never received a response. I subsequently called the company phone number and left a message, but again never received a response. The lack of any response was unprofessional and a waste of my time. If he was too busy, he should at least have responded to say that.

The estimate was fine and I would likely have hired them, however I sent some follow up questions over email on two occasions and never heard a response from him. I used the email he sent me the estimate from and also one from the website. I found the lack of response to be unprofessional. If he was too busy, he should at least have responded to that effect. No work was completed beyond a written estimate.

When I bought my home, the previous owners used them so it was simple to continue their service. Just like most of the other reviews, they were great at first and did a really good job. After a while the schedule changed and I was not informed. I had to call them from time to time to inquire about when I would get service. I would rarely get a response and at times, their voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave a message. Things slowly got worse and multiple times did it take 3+ weeks for them to come out to my home, all while I called repeatedly and left messages. It was frustrating to not get service, yet I continued to receive a bill as if they were coming on a regular basis. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because people have their bad days, but after almost 2 years of service and continually not receiving service, I felt the need to leave them. I would never recommend this company.

I was away when they came through our gated community. However, I like many other owners found that the moss kill was negligible. The thatching looked as if the machinery was out of whack. There were large divots, holes and not much thatch gone. The reseeding was done with a top soil filled with wood chips, small rocks, and plastic bits. It was ugly and deficient. No calls returned and so I wrote it off as a bad deal. Now in Feb. 2015 the lawn has large yellow spots where weak moss is growing back and the holes and such are still there.

At first, things went very well. Then, they started changing the schedule, mowing the grass after or during the rain(which I don't like or do.) They would break a couple of my sprinkler heads, but replace them . They stopped mowing certain areas after awhile. I ended up with more weeds than when I was cutting the grass myself! So, I just figured I'd go back to cutting it myself.

They did a beautiful job. The walkway is a huge improvement. They showed up on schedule and got the whole job done in one day.

I'm no longer happy with their services and in the process of seeking another company to handle my lawn care needs. But if, they change their current practice of business, I will continue to use them! Thank you.

I had to rearrange plans to make time for this quote but was happy that they could fit me in next afternoon. The time came and went and they didn't call or show up. Only reason they get a D instead of an F is because they called today (2 days later)... BUT the gal called because she was following up on an earlier message I had left and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. The gal didn't realize we'd already talked or that I had scheduled. When I pointed this out, she asked if I saw anyone Saturday. I said no, it was a no call/no show! Then I asked who do I talk to to let them know so it doesn't happen again? She said she'd pass it on... we rescheduled for end of week. Well, I'll see how it goes and update grade as appropriate!

They did a good job, however scheduling was a little challenging. They said they would come on a particular day but they didn't and I had to call a couple of times for them to come. Once they came, it was good. Their pricing and quality were good.

I was told services would start the following week and I would be contacted with an exact day. After several days and no service, I contacted the estimator who said they would be out the following day. They did not come out and no attempt was made to contact me to let me know that they needed to reschedule - again. I canceled the "service" hard to call it that when no service was provided, not even communication to let me know they wouldn't/couldn't honor their commitment. I canceled our agreement, since they seem to have no interest in my business.

Green Arbor cleaned my yard up to get the house on the market. They trimmed, re-sodded, mulched, and graveled. Professional crew - on time, worked diligently, and finished up without any garbage leftover. Great job - would use again and recommend.

Great communication throughout and very happy with the outcome. They laid a paver patio and leveled out our yard. My wife and I are very happy and felt we got a great deal for the quality of work provided

I was very pleased with the results of the job. He showed up on time and worked around my schedule. He also organized and supervised the removal of some large plants I had. I would use Green Arbor again.
