The system initially worked well but failed after only about 2 months. I have called them many times and have not gotten a response. My initial experience with them was good . The installer Jesse was really great. But its very frustrating to be unable to get any response now.
Description of Work: Insalled a new component for my existing home audio system.

Really great. They were helpful above and beyond. I do wish they had been a little more clear in explaining things to me as I'm not very tech savvy and I found it a little frustrating. Also, we have a weird sound coming from our TV soundbar that we never had before and that hasn't been resolved yet.
Description of Work: Installed theatre and security system wiring and trim package. Helped us move our AV equipment and get it set up in our new home including TVs, components and even Xbox Live.

Great! The owner came and installed a new projector right before the company party so we could watch the Oregon/Auburn game, very important for alums! He really went beyond the call of duty and we appreciated it!
