house cleaning
+ -1 moreI bought a Groupon for 3, two hour house cleaning sessions with this company. I called and made an appointment without trouble. However, they were a no show and I have not heard from, or been able to contact them since. Their voice mail box was full for weeks and when I was finally able to leave a message no one ever got back to me despite several messages. I contacted Groupon who said they were also having trouble contacting the business and gave me a refund.
