I canceled the policy after this happened. I'd assumed a home warranty company would investigate the providers they recommend - They apparently did not or didn't care! I tried to cancel the policy & it took them a few months to even get that done.
Description of Work: Countrywide sold me a home warranty. The first time I used it for a plumbing issue, they gave me the name of someone to call to take care of it & the whole situation was a nightmare! I even had to go the Attorney General.

My husband and I were deciding about refinancing and trying to figure out the process. Rebecca has always taken the time to talk with us and answer our questions. She will send information to us through the mail. We are in the middle of re-financing and she took the time over several days talking with me explaining what was going on. We feel very blessed to be working with her. We are very impressed with her and because of her, we feel as though we were able to make good informed decisions.
Description of Work: This is our home mortgage company. The agent that is helping us is Rebecca Clifford.
