I was very satisfied with them and the service went better than I had expected. The work they did was fantastic. The crew that they sent took a lot of care of protecting my plants from paint. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was middle of the road from other estimates. They have came back to check the paint and to make sure it is not bleeding through.

Everything went great. Mike Hershberger is a great business guy. I have nothing bad to say about him or his company. He had the best response to me wanting to get an estimate. My wife and I just decided that we should wait to make sure we would get a good rate on the painting of our house. We will definitely call Mike when we are searching for painters again to see if his price has changed at all. We definitely feel as if his company will do a good job if we do end up going with him and his company. Some of these other painting companies need to take notes from Mike on how to respond to customers, even when it is the busy season.

I think they are experienced, very professional, and my husband enjoyed the guy's demeanor.

Mike came by and provided a very competitive quote for the work and when we chose to go with them, they had a crew on site within a week of the approval. Even when my wife accidently messed up a little paint on the door, the team came by and fixed it very quickly. Outstanding experience, quality product and excellent team.

It was fine. They were prompt with their bid and they promptly addressed questions I had.

They did a great job no complaints on the paint job. Even the neighbors commented that it looked great.

Overall, I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

We had several bids, and Certapro gave us the best price. Mike is very professional and gave us the bid at the same time as the home visit. Everyone else sent it several days later. We used Mike's color consultant Christy, who was terrific. Picking paint colors can be scary, and her help was greatly appreciated. The crew was friendly, hard-working, and did a great job. Overall, we had a great experience, and are getting lots of compliments from our neighbors!

Mike came out to give us an estimate on having the exterior of our house painted. We got three written estimates and his was the most thorough and specific. His pricing was right in the middle and seemed fair. Because of weather issues the timing was uncertain, but Mike kept in contact via email and phone, The crew was very polite and cleaned up everyday when they left. We would definitely use this company again.

The company started out great. The owner brought another person to comment on the peeling paint in our bathroom and possible reasons for it. I told them that the old paint job was done incorrectly, i.e. proper preparation was not done. When actual work started, another person came, and he appeared to be an experienced professional. He brought with him a young man who didn't talk much. The older professional gave personal attention to the most problematic surfaces. Later the young man did most of the remaining work. The professional told me the young man was a good painter. When I inspected the completed work, I discovered the glass part of the ceiling light fixture was cracked, and had been re-installed with the crack oriented away from the entrance door, so it would be less likely to be seen. Obviously I started to distrust the company right then, and went to the hardware store to select a replacement. At this point I wanted to re-gain control of choosing the best replacement. I called the company, and the professional painter did return and install the new fixture without any extra charges. What was most bothersome was not that the fixture was broken, but that there was an effort to conceal that it was. We needed additional painting work, and I hired another company.

CertaPro's price was the best that I had received, and they did a good job overall. I phoned them about some spots that had been missed and some clean up, and they followed up faster than I would have thought.

Mike Hershberger's crew, led by Chris, did an excellent job on the house. We had a couple of special instructions which required no explanation. The four-man crew covered all the steps right down to the details. Cleanup was excellent. This crew had experience working on the type of steel shake roof we have, and that was part of the reason we chose them. When they had to come back to paint a man-door at the back of the garage that they couldn't get to during the week, it was done on my schedule, and they were in and out on a Saturday with no hassles. Their price was dead-center on the three bids we received, and the most professionally prepared plan of the lot. I wuld highly recommend them.

Mike showed up for the quote appointment the we had set on time and was very professional. I appreciate the fact that immediately he pointed out that my house may have lead paint on it because of how old some of the siding. Mike's crew came out when scheduled and was very courtious and professional. They cleaned up after each day of working and you wouldn't even known that they were there. Because of the lead paint the crew had to hand scrape the house which was no small task. Mike and his crew did an excellent job on the house and I now have a new appreciation for what a new paint job can do to a house. It was in poor shape and now it just looks great! I would hire Mike and his crew again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to anyone.

This was a correction. Another painter did the original job. The original job.was bad. After 3 months, the paint washed away and ran down the house when the windows were washed. Certapro did the job properly; took the shutters to their shop, cleaned the house under them and left everything cleaned up when replacing the shutters. They even gave me discounts. Mike was especially clear in working with me from estimate to completion.

They were excellent and fantastic. They have great customer service all through and they were detail oriented. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them.

Mike Hersberger is the ideal contractor. He describes what he is going to do based on our needs, and then delivers! He is very personable, and gave us daily updates on the job. We found him and his project team, Will and Oblim, to be very pleasant, trustworthy, and professional. The house looks brand new! After the project was complete, my husband noticed a couple spots that he wished had been caulked, and Mike immediately responded by sending the team back to do this. Also, the original painting estimate included painting the white gutters. We later decided we would rather keep the original factory paint on the metal gutters, because we were afraid new paint might peel. When we paid Mike at the end of the job, we paid the full estimate, forgetting that it included painting the gutters. Mike called as soon as he received the check in the mail and sent us a refund for the amount that the gutter painting would have cost. This is consistent with his overall trustworthiness and professionalism. A word about the paint. The quality of the Sherwin Williams paint Mike recommended is a big cut above what the house had been painted with before, and it shows! All in all, we are extremely pleased with the paint job and would recommend Mike Hersberger and his CertaPro team to others.
