We saw the great reviews on Angie's List and decided to contact the company to see how much it would cost to remove a few tree stumps in our yard. A couple of them were huge stumps. Mark came out the next day (5/8) and gave a reasonable estimate. And the crew came out today (5/9) to get the work done. And they were great. The stumps by the street you cannot even tell they were there before. The stumps in back were done very efficiently. When I got home, they were finishing up. Very courteous. Cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them to anyone to have stumps removed.

I thought about doing this job myself with some friends and sure glad I didn't do that. Great Crew and very professional. Mark is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Mark got me a bid right away. He was very professional and honest. His price was very reasonable. He scheduled for the following Monday. Showed up bright and early with a crew of 4 they got the trees down and all the mess cleaned up after. They were professional with neighbors and actually were singing while they worked. I'm very happy with their work and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment on line for an estimate to have a 50 foot pine tree removed from the front of our house. Four days later, a crew of 4 came out and got to work! They were very efficient. When I asked for an estimate for removal of 3 Juniper bushes, they got on the phone with the owner and not only gave me an estimate, but actually removed them at the same time. They were great! They were very personable and cleaned up everything after they were done. We had never hired a tree service before, so not much to compare it to. But we would definitely hire Mark and his crew again.

It went great. They worked in the rain. They worked quickly. I was satisfied with the service and would hire them again.

I have used them before, about 5 years ago. Their bid was 20% lower than the other bid I received. Things went well, I have no complaints. They cleaned up the yard and removed all trimmed branches. With 5 people, they were done under 3 hours.

The work went perfectly. They showed up when they said they would, both to give me a bid and then later to do the work. They did everything exactly as I'd asked, and billed me exactly what they said they would. You couldn't ask for better.

It wal went well in my opinion. He trimmed to the height and length we discussed prior to service. I am quite satisfied with the overall result.

I've had Bushman do work twice, this time and three years ago. Both times, their estimate was considerably lower than other bids I received, and both times they did a very professional job. They were prompt, did excellent work, and cleaned up all the trimmings with no fuss or muss.

Never had the service. Bushman never called.

I spoke with Mark on a Tuesday morning and he told me he would come by my home the next day (Wednesday) between 11am and 2pm to look at the tree we wanted trimmed and provide an estimate. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday all came and went without a visit or so much as a phone call. Canceling or rescheduling would have been entirely forgivable in my book, but blowing off a would-be customer seems plain lazy. Instead, we're going with one of the other three tree services who gave us an estimate.

They arrived promptly and eight o'clock, the expected time. We walked the property to make sure they understood what they needed to do. Being new to Seattle, they named all the trees, and explained growth properties, and how to take care of them to us They were here for two and a half hours. Everything was done and our property was spotless when they left. We plan on hiring them every hear to maintain our property.

VERY HAPPY with the quality of everything this provider did. Came and gave an estimate, then we planned the date for the work. They arrived on time to start the work. As they progressed, we added/changed what we wanted to do and they were extremely flexible. They cleaned up the area great and all the workers involved were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others too! Great job!!

I had very good initial response back from Mark and he gave an estimate on the same day. We scheduled the work for next week and their work was thorough and very professional. All of the people who performed the work were responsive and did work that was more that what was estimated at first. Would definitely call them next time around.

Bushman Trees Sevice responed fast to our request for an estimate. They also sheduled the job within reasonable timeframe after we decided to go with them. They did overall good job and I would give them an A mark if not for them forgetting to remove one shrub then taking time to get back to remove it. It took two and half months, several phone calls, number broken appointments and a threat of bad review for them to come out to finish the job. I would consider hiring Bushman Trees Sevice again only if I'm in a position to check they completed the job before they leave the propety.

Even though the tree was between two homes and very close to a [new] fence, Bushman Tree Service was able to take the tree down without damage to surrounding structures. They ground the limbs and took the trunk sections alway. After grinding the stump and distributing the shavings, the area was left looking clean and tidy. I was impressed by their skill in working in such a tight area and the care they showed for our, and our neighbor's property. They worked quickly: they and the tree were gone almost before we knew it! I'm grateful to have found such a good firm and will definitely call them when I need tree service agin.

I emailed them to see if someone could come do an estimate, then a few days later there was one waiting on my door when I got home. I called and scheduled for the following monday. the showed up and in a few hours the tree was down (which was sitting right next to our house. they cut it pieces for us to be able to use in our fireplace, they cleaned up all the brush. I wish the stump was a little closer to the ground, but it was on a slope so Im guessing they would hit ground if they got too much lower? any way Im very happy with their work, all the guys were very nice and did a great job. I will hire them again.

They were great. Very professional, on time, the bid was 1/3 less then other bids. They cleaned up after.

I called Bushman Tree Service on 8/22 and left a message to have someone call me about removing a plum tree in my front yard. Mark Clark called me about 20 minutes later and said he could come by my house "tomorrow (August 23) between 12-1 p.m. He didn't show up. I waited until 1:50 and then left for a 2:00 dental appointment. Mark did not call to say he would be late or to reschedule the appointment. It is now 4:15 and I still have not heard from him. I could give him a benefit of a doubt that he may have said a different date and time but I distinctly heard "tomorrow between 12-1). Needless to say, I will not pursue services from a contractor who does not have the respect nor the professionalism to show up or call.

Puget Sound Energy butchered (I mean pruned) our Fir tree about two years ago. It has been in decline ever since. When it became clear the tree was not going to recover, we decided to take action before it became a hazard. We sought out four 'A' rated companies on Angie's List. After meeting with the estimators and reviewing the proposals, we decided to go with Bushman Tree Service. Mark (estimator for Bushman) was straightforward, clearly explained every step of the process and was attentive to our concerns. It pains me to ding Bushman in the least, but the only issue I had was with their punctuality. Once the crew was onsite (about two hours after the scheduled time), they leapt into action. The whole process was like a well choreographed dance. Even as the tree was coming down piece by piece, the fallen branches were being mulched and the yard was being swept. The whole process took much less time then we anticipated and the yard was left in better condition then when they started. As a bonus, the crew was super nice and even considerate to our 21 month old son who was fascinated by the process. I would absolutely use Bushman Tree Service again.

The company owner Mark took the first call promptly to schedule a consultation. He did not show up at the time and did not call. I waited an hour, gave him several calls and finally reached him, just to find out I have to wait another hour. I decided to cancel the appointment on the phone, and he seemed don't care at all. It's very unprofessional attitude. I don't recommend their service based on my experience.
