Bushman Tree Service Inc

Mark provided a competitive bid and estimate for the hauling, and based on that and other Angie's reviews, I hired him for the job. He and his crew started & finished the job on schedule. There was minor damage to my deck that he repaired and promptly told me about. The debris was picked up and hauled away as promised. Other than tacking on $200 for some wild cherry trees that were tucked in the back (I thought they were all cottonwoods and expected them to be included), the price was as expected.

I got an estimate on Saturday. They showed up Monday morning and were done before noon. They removed the limbs and swept the yard before leaving.

I was amazed at how fast the 3 men did the job. They did everything that was expected plus they even washed the side of my house. I rate the Bushman Tree Service as EXCELLENT!

I emailed a Request for Service to Bushman Tree Service on 5/19/10 and never heard back from anyone.

I picked them because they had good references on Angie's List and boy I thought they were excellent. Start to finish was good. I explained to them that it was kind of an emergency and they got to them quickly. My parent's are very elderly and I couldn't be there. They were very polite and my mom said to me three times how polite everyone that came over to work was.

Mark showed up on time for an estimate. He was quite thorough in explaining his understanding of the work needed and provided a very reasonable estimate. Approved the job and he and his crew showed up right on time. They completed the work in a surprising short amount of time. All that was left behind was some sawdust and a few other "crumbs". Asked him the estimate a future job with mature cedar trees and he was equally thorough in estimating the job. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

They came out and gave an estimate on the work within a day of our call and provided a detailed, written estimate. When we called them to have them perform the work, they did so the next day and collected payment a few days later after calling to check on our satisfaction. Their cleanup was better than expected. The only reason I gave a B for quality is I hoped the trees and bushes that were pruned would be more pruned than they were, but this could've been a miscommunication between what we wanted and what they actually did. We will definitely use them again.

Called Bushman for an estimate to remove some trees to open up the yard, Mark came by and suggested that I could skirt and windthin three of the trees instead of removing them and still open up the yard. I had one other company provide an estimate that was very close in price but decided on Bushman's because of the timing. Mark and his crew came on time on the scheduled day, they were very professional and they did a great job, the trees they skirted/wind thinned looked great. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Called out for estimate to remove & chop up downed fir. Mark saw other potential problems and provided a VERY fair estimate. Crew arrived on time on agreed day; suggested one additional removal (for esthetics) which added only $100 to original estimate. Cut AND STACKED firewood, cleaned up to the point you would never know they were here and left me with chips as requested. Overall, great experience. Will call them again in the spring....lots to do!

They were great and they really did a good job. I wanted them to remove the trees but one of them said that my trees were in good shape they just had to be trimmed. They worked hard, trimmed around ten trees and removed two trees.

The crew of four were punctual, courteous and professional. They worked quickly but carefully. They kept branches from hitting the roof on our house and the neighbors. All debris (well, as much as practical) was picked up and put into the chipper, and then blown into the truck. I had stump grinding done as well. They did a thorough job, but as per the agreement, stump-chips are left on-site. Bushman is a good outfit and gave a fair price. I was very satisfied with the work.

Very well. I was unable to be at the house. The team did a great job with removing a large tree and did a wonderful job of removing all the debris afterward. I would use them again!

A week or so later Rob pulled up in front of my house with what appeared to me a gigantic piece of equipment on a trailer behind his truck. I was concerned because he had to get this stump-grinding mini-tractor into some very tight places. Rob said don't worry, the machine was like the Transformer toys and folded up. He was as good as his word, carefully maneuvering the machine into some tight places and using large pieces of ply-wood to put in front of the tractor (rotating them every few feet) to prevent any damage by the treads to my lawns. Within two hours he was finished having preformed an excellent job.

Showed up when said they would, performed work on scope, very courteous to surrouding neighbors, and cleaned up work site when done.

I got the estimate (a fair price for the work) and 2 days later they were out to do the job. I could tell from the way they did the work that they were not only professional but the really cared about how the job turned out. They asked me several times to verify what they were doing was what I wanted. The tree work and the cleanup were really exceptional - fast, efficient, high quality and really good folks to work with. Look no further for your tree service needs - these guys are great.

Requested an estimate for removing a tree. Estimator (Mark) called me back to make an appointment for the estimate as I indicated I'd like to be here to ask a few questions. Estimator did not show up on the day let alone the time of the appointment but he did leave an estimate the next day. I have called 3 times to ask the estimator to call me so I could ask some follow up questions about the estimate but have still not received a call. This is admittedly a small job, but a phone call is not alot to ask of a company.

He had done exactly what I had asked him to do and there was no mess left after the work. The work was finished by the time I got back home, and it was a neat job.

I called them on a Friday, they gave me an estimate and performed the work on Monday morning. My yard now looks great. They cleaned up and even took some of the extra yard waste I had laying around. I never even saw these guys. They were working on my neighbors house the same morning. I have referred them to 3 of my fellow co-workers already today.

An appt. was set up for a consultation on a Saturday at 3 p.m. Mark never showed up. I called the office and they said they would find out about him coming - they never called back. I called back again and left a message. No one ever returned the call or called about rescheduling. Very unprofessional.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service they provided. I was given an estimate and the job was completed a couple days later. They were quick and they cleaned up all the mess. They did exactly what I expected and I would refer them to anyone looking for tree services.

We called and they came the next day and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job. While the price was a little higher than some of the competition, they were extremely responsive, punctual, and professional. All work was performed as described. The only complaint, and it is very minor, is that a few bushes were damaged and some minor debris was left in our yard. We will definitely hire Mark again. We have nearly an acre of fairly wooded lot, have used several tree services, and Mark's is the best we have used.

Because of such a good previous experience with Bushman's Tree Service, I decided to hire them again. From the estimate through to the completed work, Mark and his crew provided excellent and efficient service. And, they completely cleaned up after the pruning was complete. My trees and lilac bush are now in beautiful shape to be ready for this spring and summer.

Called for a bid. Said they would come out on a particular date and time. No call, no show.
