I received the quote and asked them to do the work. They worked with me to set up a day and time when I could be home due to a large dog being in the back yard who would need to be in the house while they did the work. The team arrived right on time and started working. Everything was done extremely well and they checked with me on a couple of things to point out things they had found before moving ahead. When they had finished my neighbor asked them to trim some additional branches hanging on his side of the fence, so they got back up the large tree and did that too and no extra charge. The wood was cut into sizes, which could be used in the fireplace, and left in a neat stack. Clean up was great, they even cleaned up some old branches which I had cut earlier and had left laying in the back yard. Very nice, friendly, professional team. I will certainly use them again the next time I need tree service.

I called to get a bid and Mark came out a day later. His bid was lower then the only other bid I got, so I chose them. They arrived on time--five workers, and went right to work. All worked very quickly and did the job well. They finished about 3 hours later. The tree branches were put through a Chipper, the tree trunk was cut in sections and all was hauled away. Yes, I would call them again for tree service and would recommend them.

From email to site visit to job performed took just 3 days. They arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up the yard. Everything went quickly from fist contact to job finished. Very pleased overall.

They showed up right on time with a crew of 3 and their machinery. They cut down the trees, and cut the trunks into 18" long pieces as requested. There was no collateral damage. They raked and swept up the twigs in the yard and driveway. They used a blower on the driveway and street so both were cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone was very competent and pleasant to have on the job.

I got the bid yesterday and it came in below two other bids I received the day before. They started the work today. Arrived at 8am and finished by 10am. Great cleanup - aside from the tree they removed, you wouldn't have known they were here today. My cherry blossom was pruned to perfection - it's never looked better.

Excellent experience. Mark came promptly for the estimate on Saturday morning and the tree was cut down on Monday. They were neat/tidy and didn't leave any debris.

Great company to work with. They arrived as scheduled to give an estimate (it was half of what the door to door tree trimming solicitors quoted) and came the next day to perform the work. They had a tight spot to work in (neighbor's out building, chain link fence, decorative brick work below), but brought down the 3 story pine with ropes with no damage to the surrounding area. Also hauled away all brush, chipped and cleaned up the driveway and backyard. Super work. That was the last view blocking tree, otherwise we would use them again!

It took two days and was done in rainy conditions. The crew was professional and responded to questions and concerns with good information. When asked to remove branches overhanging a neighbors green house they were able to do it with good results. The second day they brought in a bucket truck to get trees that were accessible. The limbs were carried away and chipped and the logs were cut to the size we desired.

Mark was very courteous in contacting me and promptly returning phone calls. He gave an estimate that was $100 more than the next estimate for the work, but I went with Bushman's because of the promptness and courtesy, as well as the fact that Mark explained what would be done much more understandably. He advised that a 4th tree be removed, and showed me precisely why. I agreed to removal of the 4th tree. Mark gave me an estimate of the time it would take and called me when it became apparent that they would actually complete the job about an hour earlier than estimated. They did such an excellent job that you would never know that the trees had ever been there. They even removed all the terroristic ivy from the area . They raked the wood chips over the ground, rather than leaving a 4 ft by 4 ft mound of the stuff, as a prior tree service had years ago. I wholeheartedly recommend Bushman's and definitely plan to call them again for trees in the back yard later in the year.

Hedgeless is Seattle! I only wish I would have done this sooner. . They were easy to work with and the price was great. I left for work in the morning and when I got home the hedge was no longer. Good clean up. I use to spend a lot of time trimming the hedge. Now I can do other projects.

They were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up really very well.

I was very pleased with their work overall. They came in October 2010 to give us an estimate of work and I didn't get back to them until January and they still had our estimate on file. Both times I called, I received a phone call in reply the very next day. When I called to schedule the job they were able to come out within a couple days. I was told that they would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00, but they didn't show until almost 8:30. When they arrived we walked around the property talking about the job and they were very agreeable to what I wanted done and they didn't try to sell me on more than I was willing to pay for. They gave me a very good rate considering the work performed. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves, except for the trunks. I remember them speaking briefly about leaving the trunks for firewood, but some of the pieces are just a little to unwieldy. So, final disposition of the trunks might be something to clear up with them before they start the job. Also, one of the felled trunks rolled down the hill and broke some of our deck railing posts. They had already repaired the damage when I returned from work at the end of the day. They didn't hesitate and they didn't need to be pressured to make it right. At the end, they stuck to the estimate and didn't tack on any extra charges. And from what I saw I lked the way Mark worked with his crew. They were all very professional from start to finish. When I need more tree work done I will call Bushman Tree.

I can't rave enough about owner Mark Bushman and his crew. They removed a sprawling tree in my small back yard including bringing in a stump chopper to the upper level of the garden without damaging anything!! When they needed a path to get the equipment to the backyard, they carefully dug up one on my prize plants and replaced it perfectly. They not only cleaned up after themselves but left my roof, driveway, pathways and yard in better condition than when they arrived. Mark even took the time to let me know about some "soft spots" on my roof and some weak flashing around the chimney. These folks get 5 stars from me. Not only is my house safer with these trees gone, but it is a brighter, more attractive garden. I can't wait until spring to start planting.

He took down a couple of trees and cut back some shrubs. His work has been satisfactory to this day. He responded to my call very quickly and gave a great estimate. He did an efficient job.

Mark showed up a little early for the estimate, which was more than fair for the work to be done. The crew was right there to do the work, even though the weather wasn't that co-operative that day. The work was done by the time I got home later in the day, and it looked as though the tree(s) were never there. The crew had to remove a small portion of the fence to get to the tree(s) and did so with a minimum of damage. Overall, a very good experience.

They were very good and efficient. They had to bring out a separate truck as the stump was so large and they couldn't put it through the grinder. They worked hard for about 2-3 hours straight. Someone else came over to my yard as they were impressed by their work, and hired them to come remove a tree at their home.

I call to have limbs removed because we had our electrical service line moved. The city required the trimming, and Bushman gave a reasonable bid, and completed the project a few days later.

Excellent work, four employees working as a team, thorough cleaning after job finished. It is a pleasure to look at the tree, we feel more comfortable and reassured as a very large branch fell on our deck in the past having to replace parts of it. Highly recommended.

On 9/8/2010 member (husband) emailed Bushman to get an estimate for the service; that same day, a representative from Bushman went to the house, and gave wife a written estimate of costs. Service was agreed to, and the wife was told that the tree could be cut down the next day. 9/9/2010, promptly at 8:00 A.M., four Bushman workers arrived and started setting up. Member's wife confirmed the tree to be cut down, and cautioned workers not to disturb drainage work that had been performed. (The Bushman workers did not disturb this work.) One Bushman worker asked the member's wife if the neighbors had been alerted (they hadn't); the member's wife then alerted the neighbors. The tree was cut down by 8:25, the debri cleaned up and hauled away. There is a nice, neat stump where the tree used to be. The workmen were thorough and professional. The only criticism is that no one from Bushman contacted the wife by telephone prior to coming over, either for the initial estimate, or to do the work.

the team showed up on time and made quick time of getting the largest tree's in the front cut down and chipped. They were able to remove the trees that had cables running through them down without interrupting service to any of the neighbors. They ground down the stumps and you'd never know the trees were ever there. I love my yard and all the light that we now have! Thanks Mark and team you were the greatest!

We set up a time to receive an estimate on bush removal and tree pruning. The service left a message on our voice mail at the time they were supposed to arrive, saying they were several miles away and would be late. We assumed that meant they were on their way. After an hour and a half, we called them back. They stated that since we hadn't called them back when they left the message, they assumed the appointment was cancelled (although all they stated on their voice mail was we could call them back if we wanted). We had no reason to interpret this as meaning they wouldn't show up at all. We had taken time off for their visit and didn't appreciate this disrespect of our time.
