I called and made an appointment for someone to come out to give me an estimate for tree trimming. No one showed up for the appointment, though. I called to inquire and left a voice mail, but did not receive a response. Very disappointing!

Bushman Tree Service performed very well. They estimated the job and provided competitive pricing, excluding taxes. They were timely and the area was cleaned after the work was performed. I would use them again in the future.

Crew was very conscientious. Fence was undamaged, neighbor yards remained debris free, and most plants in the drop zones survived. Considering the large amount of debris, did an excellent job of clean up. I would use Bushman again or recommend to friends or family without hesitation.

The Bushman team arrived on time on the date we agreed upon with 2 crew to remove the tree and a third team member that completed the stump grinding operation. The stump grinding was complex because of the limited space next to the house and steep driveway. What an amazingly powerful machine and skilled operator. Great effort was taken to protect the house and surrounding neighborhood from the stump debris. What a great job and they cleaned up perfectly afterward. Thank you to Mark for running such a professional organization and to his great team.

I was stood up two days in a row for a quote at my rental property. This is a big deal because I have an infant and both days I had to plan in advance to take her with me just to be stood up! When I made my original call, I gave him my phone number and requested that he call me when he was on his way. This gave me time to put the baby in the car and get over there as I'm only a few blocks away. Our scheduled time came and went so I called to see what was up as I had planned my day around his appointment time. He said he had fallen behind but would possibly be available later that day. Well, that doesn't work so I gave him grace and asked if the next day would be better and he said yes. We set another time and I let him know I had an appointment before and after the time we were to meet. I asked him again to call me when he was on his way. He never called. I went over there anyway in case he forgot his phone or lost my number. I sat in the car with my baby for 30 minutes and he never showed up. Never called. This is unprofessional and unreliable.

They responded quickly to our request for free estimate of removal of trees from backyard. We got estimates from 3 tree service firms and Bushman showed mosd economical offer. They decided date of work very promptly to comply with our request.On the day of work they came 20 minutes late but it can be simply disregarded because within permissible range. Yhey are friendly and professional. They cleaned not onlythe yard also street in front of our home.

Failed to show at arranged appointment time. Went with a company that showed up.

A three man crew arrived on the specified day and went right to work. After all the trees were chipped they spent considerable time in cleaning up. The total job only took approx 2 hours and you cannot tell that they were ever here other than the trees are missing.

I was very pleased with the work. After reading the reviews on Angie's List I contacted the company and the owner Mark returned my call the same day. He came out two days later and listened to what I wanted done and why I needed the work done and gave a very reasonable quote. His crew came within the week and took care of everything. We had them cut down more branches than originally requested which they were happy to do. The whole experience from the first phone call to the very end went quite well and I highly recommend this company

The crew showed up exactly on time. All work was done as specified in the bid and with great care. We have many rhododendrons and other trees crowded in the yard and the crew took great care to avoid damaging any of these while dropping removed limbs to the ground. When we had Mark bid on the job we emphasized we did not want a "hack" job like you see along city and county roads where trees are cut back for power lines. We wanted proper pruning techniques used. That is exactly what the crew did. We are most pleased with the price and quality of work. We will definitely call Mark next time we need tree services! While on site, they picked up two more jobs from my neighbors, who are also happy with Bushman's work.

From the free estimate to the completion of the work, there were no surprises. The work was professionally done and the price exactly as stated. There was an ample number of crew and equipment to do a big job in only a few hours. I would absolutely recommend them to any one needing tree service.

I am very pleased with the work, price and professionalism of this company. Several times in the past I have used this service but decided to try another estimate this time and the person who came out seemed overwhelmed by the project and logistics of the property which sits in a little hilly area. There is distance between the house and both front and back streets so dealing with yard waste can present a challenge. But not to Mark, who appears to be the owner of Bushman. Mark is decisive, has the equipment and know-how to get the job done well. In addition, he manages a crew who all appear to look up to him and do good work. The yard was not easy, involving having to climb, do work in the midst of power lines and tree removal without damaging structures nearby. Just watching was enough to make a person nervous. But again, the job was first rate and I will just cut to the chase next time and use this service going forward for maintenance and as needed.

While making changes in our back yard we removed some trees that were not healthy. One was too close to the house. We decided it would be better to have the stumps removed instead of us hacking at them. We contacted Bushman Tree Service for a bid. They came the next day. The following week they came and ground the stumps down well below surface level of yard. The job was well done. No mess left behind or damage to property. We were pleased with the service they provided us. Now we can move forward with our backyard project.

The work was done very professionally and the experience overall was very good. No damage whatsoever was done, and they patiently worked around the obstacles that made the job far more dificult that it initially seemed. Other contractors were simply unable to perform the work, but they showed up exactly on time and got the job done well within the expected timeframe.

We have used them before and we like them. They are excellent, do what they say they are going to do and they clean up very well. We didn't even bother with competitive bids. I think their price is the same as others.

The overall project went very well. The crew appears to have worked together before since everyone seemed to know what to do and when. It took a team of 6 all day but they were very quick and professional. I was very impressed with the way they worked. They had the right equipment for the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing trees removed or pruned.

On the initial call Mark promptly called back, came to the house exactly as promised. Started work exactly on time on the day promised. About six men and four trucks came to the house and promptly went to work. They moved possibly damaged items away from their work path, cleaned as they went, and worked almost straight through 'till the job was done. Except for the absence of what they removed, they left essentially without a trace showing that they'd been there. This is a no-nonsense outfit. I'd not hesitate to use them again or recommend.

I called Bushman and Mark (the owner) came out for an estimate and showed up exactly when he said he would. He looked at the tree and we talked about the two options of either removing it altogether or reducing it?s crown to save it. I opted for the complete removal. My only special request was that the wood be left in 3 to 4 foot sections (instead of 16? pieces) so I could cut them up myself for firewood. (I prefer 12" ? 14? wood for my small wood stove, plus I love running chainsaws, so I really wanted to make the final cuts myself.) On the day of the appointment, a crew of about 6 guys showed up and completed the entire job in about 2 hours. Rob was the foreman of the crew and was very friendly and personable. I enjoyed speaking with him. Actually everyone there I talked to was friendly. Virgil was the climber and it was fun to watch someone with his skill climb the tree with spurs and a flip line, then take down the tree in pieces. I was also impressed that my request about the longer pieces had been passed along to Rob and they did everything they could to leave the logs as big as possible. They totally understood my wanting to cut the logs up myself and we even chatted a bit about chainsaws. Unfortunately I don?t have anymore big trees in my yard, but if I did, and they needed work, I would definitely use these guys again!

Chose this company based on Angies List. I am very disappointed.

They did a great job, things went as promised. Their schedule supported completing the the work 3 days after the bid was submitted.

I called Bushman's for an estimate and was told they would drive by our house for an estimate later in the week. The estimator arrived on schedule and when I received their estimate I was surprised it was nearly 50% ($500) over our other competing bid. We did not use their service.

I called Mr. Bushman and he came over and provided me an estimate. I accepted his estimate and he returned with an associate a couple days later and sawed the tree into pieces I could maneuver. My only quibble is that he showed up without warning on the day he cut the tree.

I picked Bushman because they were the best bid. Because the bid was so reasonable, when Mark and his crew got there, I had a few more trees taken out. Mark and his massive crew showed up on time at 7:30 a.m. It was quite impressive. Big trucks and alot of confidence. I'm sorry there weren't any small kids around as the wow factor was there! Shortly after the team arrived, and we walked Mark though the back yard to make sure we were all on the same page, the work got started. The trees came down methodically, limbs ground, trunks cut up. Once all the trees were gone and the area cleared and cleaned, the stump grinder came out. That seemed to take longer than taking down the tree but we really appreciate it. By noon, trucks were clearing out and they were gone. Already, light is hitting the roof and through the windows on the back side. This back yard has been terribly neglected and we had to take the trees down for so many reasons. We still have the forest behind us.

It was a great experience. Mark arrived on time to provide a quote and while he was there, provided his input on what should be done. The service that they performed was great as well. There's no damage to plants or trees that we are keeping, they totally cleaned up after themselves and were very accommodating when we made changes to the original planned work. Highly recommended!

Outstanding. Bushman tree was exactly what I needed and we are more than pleased with their professionalism and excellent work. Communication between me, in Oregon, my sister, in Puyallup, WA and Bushman was smooth and clear. The price quoted was appropriate for the industry, however, the work was top level and we will have them back soon to do my sister's home.
