Bubble Truck Window Cleaning

I have used the Bubble Truck service multiple times at our home in Redmond. They show up on time, do great work and leave our home looking better than when they arrived. Thanks again for your efficient and excellent work.

I have used bubble truck for 10 years. Adam have never failed me. I have a million dollar view here in Seattle and it is always beautiful and clean. Gave me a fallen winter discount which was great. They explain everything they are going to do clearly. Their work ethics are a 100. Their truck entertains people as they drive by because bubbles are coming out of it.

Customer service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating.

Adam and Kelly are a husband and wife team. Adam did an amazing job on the outside. He is not satisfied until he has done a perfect job! Kelly made short work of living room windows which used to require me climbing an 8 ft ladder and lots of elbow grease. Highly recommend this window cleaning company.

They are a well oiled team. They did a great job. They arrived on time completed the work and were on their way before I knew it. I will use them again the next time my windows need to be cleaned. PS the bubbles are crazy, but I love them.

Critical: Professionalism BUYER ..BEWARE! ....the owner is very unpleasant and unprofessional... even a little bit scary. This is the first negative review I have left on any company... please read. Background: I had scheduled Adam for a whole house window cleaning on my home. Unfortunately, a few days before the appointment my daughter came down with covid. I contacted Adam and said for his safety I need to reschedule. His office answering service accommodated without issue. The day before my rescheduled appointment, someone in my water district hit a fire hydrant with a car that contaminated the entire districts water. The district advised not to use water without boiling. I called Adam's office and asked his assistant if they needed to use the house water and if so that i would unfortunately need to reschedule again. His assistant said that since i cancelled twice they would not reschedule. I said both situations were not in my control and asked her to reconsider. She said "no". I asked for her to have Adam give me a call so that I could explain the situation to him. He never called me back. Tonight I got ahold of him and tried to explain the situation. I was very surprised how he responded... and btw, I was very calm. He was very animated and strangley emotional. He said he did not care about the cause of the cancelations (he wouldnt even let me talk), that everyone says its not their fault, and than after some additional not so pleasent comments, he hung up on me. Based on the other reviews he had recieved, I was very surprised by his unprofessional behavior. I would not want to work with a company like this. I couldn't even imagine how Adam would act if there was a real conflict or if there was a problem with a job that someone wanted him to resolve.

Fantastic! Very professional. The windows look beautiful. Constant contact from the time the job was booked until completion. No surprises.

Have worked with Adam for about the last 5 years. They are professional, prompt, nice, efficient and do a great job. Brings bubbles for the kids and even treats for my dog. Highly recommended.

They broke one of our window screens, and never told us. It wasn’t until I went to my backyard later and found it lying on the ground broke. Windows were left to dry, leaving water marks.

Work done was excellent! Very fair price also, especially considering our house is multi-story, and on a hill. Would refer them to anyone!

They did a fantastic job! Showed up on time, were very communicative. They removed all of the screens, cleaned the windows inside and out, replaced all the screens, cleaned both of our skylights inside and out. Their work was excellent! I highly recommend them.

I have used Bubble Truck Window Cleaning for a while now and am more than happy with the quality of their service. They are excellent communicators as well. I just had my windows cleaned. I did not expect how much it would lift me up in these times of lockdown to be able to see out in to my garden so clearly. It was a dramatic change and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!

Adam and Kelly were great to work with. Their online booking system made it easy to set an appointment and choose which services we needed. Their website does a great job explaining their services, pricing, etc... Leading up to the appointment their communication was great and when I needed to change something in our service, they responded quickly with a response. Day of the service they were on time and efficient. We will definitely be using them again. Only thought is a I should have done the appointment when my kids were out of school. They would have loved the bubble truck!

Very efficient one person inside and one person outside and when finished they rechecked their work to correct any missed spots.

They did a great job on our windows (internal and external) at fair price, and they were able to come out the same week as I reached out to them. The bubble truck was a great hit among the neighborhood scamps too. We will definitely have them back out next time our windows need it.

Adam called before and arrived on time. He cleaned all the windows inside and out including second story windows that are hard to reach. He did excellent work.
