Very fast respond ,Appointment was set up for next morning.Ivan called and let me know he was on his way and would be here in about 20 minutes.He was very polite and explained everything the dryer was doing and what needed to be done to fix my LG dryer. He even explained the reason for the replacement parts and why it was important to do both and not just the one side.He cleaned and vacuumed everything up as well. Happy customer 🥰

Repairman advised cheaper to buy new one than repair

My ~ 20 year old Maytag clothes dryer moved some grey felt near the drum to just inside the drum. Called Bold & Short to have them look at it. They did that and more, giving the mechanical part a thorough inspection. The belt was frayed and one of the pully wheels was not fastened, but had not moved out of position. They had to order parts (old dryer). The parts came in in 2 days and they came out to install them that day and fix the felt problem. I am a happy camper. When my refrigerator, clothes washer or dishwasher have problems I'll definitely call them.

Vitali performed a over-the-range microwave repair for me. The appliance triggered the circuit breaker when the microwave function was started. Vitali identified the problem correctly as a door switch contact issue, fixed it correctly and was able to get it going. The price was reasonable, and extended the useful life of the appliance -- great work, easy to work with, and great knowledge, kudos!

Staff was very knowledgeable, timely and friendly. They had openings right away which is so valuable for managing a busy household with a broken appliance.

Their work was excellent - very conscientious and caring, and explained the problem thoroughly. Checked the seals in the dishwasher also to make sure they were good, repaired the drain line that was leaking. I'm completely satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again!

Vitalli is professional and very skilled at what he does. I happened upon his contact information when I needed an appliance repair I believe for my dryer. I have a few rentals as well and have used him now multiple times for my primary residence and my rentals. He has now helped me with washers, dryers, microwaves, stovetops, downdraft blower, fridges, freezers, etc. (my primary residence is around 20 years old so we seem to be having issues with everything) + my rentals. My washer machine wasn't spinning the clothes, but I was lucky to have a professional looking at it. He troubleshooted the unit very fast and took the time to explain what was wrong with it.
