Blockwatch Alarm

Well, we determined that I wasn't going to get out of my existing contract, but Russ still spent a significant amount of time with me making sure my current alarm panel had all the settings activated that we wanted, and even fixed the door sensors on the house. we had been having trouble with them and it turns out that Northstar didn't install them correctly. But he took the time even when it was clear he wasn't going to sell me a blockwatch system anytime soon to fix my sensors so that I could get the most out of my current system. and that's an honest, good-willed guy. As soon as my contract is up I plan on enrolling in blockwatch.

Removed old security system. I purchased a wireless camera and a fire alarm (as opposed to renting equipment like other companies). I was tutored on how to use the apps and the philosophy behind Blockwatch home security. Technician and sales person were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. There's no place to highlight this feature, but the monthly cost is about $22 a month for this system as opposed to over $58 a month I was quoted by other security companies. I chose to purchase a wireless camera and fire alarm. Those are one time costs.

It was fantastic! They did the install in a very short period. Travis came to our first Neighborhood Watch meeting and explained how it worked and is coming back to another meeting. My brother forgot to disarm and the alarm went off. We were notified via a phone call and text. We can give separate codes to family members and are notified via text when they disarm so we know when someone in entering the house and who it is. The cost of $285.27 included our first year of monitoring. They are adding new features all the time to make this the best alarm deal out there. It routes calls to neighbors I choose for various emergencies, or to the central office, so that help is immediate.
