BETTER BUYS TOPSOIL BARK & GRAVEL

Spoke with the owner who helped me choose the correct topsoil for what I wanted done. After I placed my order he confirmed where on our property the load should be delivered. The day before he verified that we still wanted him to deliver it since the weather was rainy. We confirmed and he arrived on time and unloaded at the predetermined spot. The soil and compost were of excellent quality and I look forward to having a beautiful garden next year because of the healthy soil. I would definitely use them again if I needed any additional soil.

I got a quote by phone, with delivery scheduled for three days later. The sand was of excellent quality and was expertly dumped on my parking strip. This delivery was 1.5 hours late. Within the last two years I have also purchased a load of bark and a load of gravel form this provider. Each was of excellent quality, well priced, and dumped precisely. The deliveries were scheduled within a few days of placing the orders, and were on time.

I called about 4 places to get medium bark. Better Buys had the best price. Friendly quick quote over the phone. I was given a 5 to 7 pm window. I called at 7 pm, when it had not arrived and was told there was a 1.5 hour delay due to rain. It would have been nice to have been notified, but I was able to reach someone immediately to get a revised ETA. Guy delivering was friendly, personable, and dumped it exactly where we needed it. Would definitely buy from them again.

I called. Product was available. I picked up product on the following day.

They delivered the gravel right where I wanted. They were on time. They had a great price. When we are ready for more stuff I'm sure we will call them again.

I ORDERED THE DELIVERY OF GRAVEL FOR THE NEXT DAY, WEDNESDAY, BUT THE LOAD DID NOT ARRIVE, NEITHER WAS I CALLED WITH AN EXPLANATION. I CALLED TO FIND OUT THE DRIVER HAD GOTTEN BEHIND IN HIS DELIVERIES AND MY ORDER WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY. ONCE DELIVERED, THE DRIVER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF SPREADING THE GRAVEL.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND READY. I DON'T THINK I'VE EVER HAD ANYTHING BUT NEXT DAY SERVICE. THEY ARE PROMPT AND GOOD WITH LEAVING THE PILE OF MATERIAL IN A WAY THAT IS EASY TO ACCESS AND CLEAN UP. I WOULD USE THEM ANYTIME FOR ANY NEED FOR LANDSCAPING MATERIAL.

THE BUSINESS IS VERY POLITE AND WORKS VERY PROFESSIONALY. THE DELIVERER WAS VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. HE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE BUSINESS ITSELF WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE BARK DRIVER WAS AN HOUR LATE BUT HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT WHEN DUMPING. HE WAS VERY NICE. BECAUSE HE WAS IN A HURRY HE DID GET THE BUCKET CAUGHT ON A POWER LINE.

BETTER BUYS HAD A QUICK DELIVERY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE TRUCK MANEUVERED RIGHT TO THE TARP I HAD SET OUT IN AN OUT OF THE WAY SPOT. BETTER BUYS TOPSOIL, BARK and GRAVEL HAD THE BEST PRICE PER YARD ON THE BEST TOPSOIL AVAILABLE. THEY GAVE ME A BID AND DELIVERED RIGHT AWAY.
