BBA Land Surveying, LLC

BBA Landscaping did an excellent job and a very good price for a boundary survey for my home. They set the property corners with Rebar and stakes and provided a detailed online record of the report with photos. They also recorded the Record on the King Survey site. I called a number of other Angies list companies but they were too busy, unable to make my quick turnaround request or the price was much higher. I would highly recommend BBA Land Surveying anytime!

Mark and Nicole at BBA surveying did a great job for my final short plat map. They kept me posted on the progress, and responded quickly to my requests. The short plat plan set is professional. I'd recommand their service!

Although we ended up not hiring them, (due to timing availability) they were one of the few vendors who got back to us and were very professional during the quoting process.

Mark and Nicole at BBA surveying did a great job at a price below other quotes in surveying grades and locating the existing house for this addition project in Normandy Park. They completed the work on time and provided me with pdf and .DWG files of their work. Easy to work with.. I needed some additional work added to the survey document, which they were able to do quickly for a small fee (based on hourly rates). They are a smaller company than some of the larger surveying firms, but big enough for typical single family lot surveying work.

I emailed BBA Land Surveying to have both a property boundary and topographic surveys done. Fortunately, they had an opening the same week. Mark and another man were there right on time and spent 5 or 6 hours working on the survey. They were very nice and professional. We received all digital files a week later and also full size paper copies were delivered to us. We are very happy with the quality of the final product.

Mark is great to work with; responsive, professional; showed up with his team on site as promised. I needed a quick delivery date and he was able to make that happen. Fair pricing. I had five bids-most pretty similar in amounts but Mark was easy to talk to and quick to respond to emails and texts. His work is well organized and easy to read.

I contacted many surveying companies regarding this endeavor over the last couple of months. I want to say that if you are shopping around for a surveyor, please be aware of the vast differences in service, price, quality and deliverables (they vary greatly and seem to mask the charges and hidden charges in complex, nonsense, contracts and estimates). I contacted Mark and after speaking with him, the timely responses, knowledge and the professionalism that he represented, it was an obvious choice. He was upfront about cost, timeline, work to be completed and delivery timeframe. The work was completed on time, deliverables on time, price was great and was above an excellent overall experience in what I am realizing can be a very frustrating process. I would recommend and will recommend BBA Land Surveyors to anyone looking for this type of service! Obviously you can shop around, but if you can get these guys, I fear you might just be wasting your time elsewhere. Thank you BBA Land Surveyors, now on to King County Permitting which I fear might be a different story.
