AT Foam

I recently enlisted AT Foam for the second time to insulate the roof of my new cabin build in Cle Elum, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their spray foam installation service was nothing short of exceptional. John had his team on site within 72 hours of initial contact and they completed this large job in short order while displaying a remarkable attention to detail, ensuring every nook and cranny was effectively sealed. John provided clear and concise communication throughout the process from bidding to job cleanup. If only all contractors were this prompt and well managed!

AT Foam shot the underside of our roof deck and rim joists on a new construction, residential project. John Rayl responded to my initial call quickly, arrived on-site to provide an estimate, and expertly answered all questions. Being my first non-vented roof construction, John made suggestions, offered recommendations and helped insure the quality construction we strive for. His crew arrived early, was fast, clean and efficient, exceeding my expectations. There was little to no overspray, the crew left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. Of the quotes I'd received, AT Foam's was the most cost effective while providing excellent quality. I will be using them for projects in the future, John and his team were excellent.

John Ryal is the most kind and honest person you will come in contact with in the spray foam business. He will always shoot you straight. Even if that means he gets your job or doesn’t. I know this from personal experience.

John and his company were fantastic to work with! Their estimate was very prompt and reasonable. They were accommodating with the slew of questions I threw their way. On the scheduled day they showed up right on time, did a great job on some sprayfoam insulation for my exterior work shed, and cleaned up the space perfectly before leaving. I would definitely use them again if I have any more insulation needs.

I had my freestanding garage built in the 1950's spray foamed last week. What a difference, probably the most comfortable place at my house. I am very happy with the quality of the product. As for the team, John, who I worked with on the quote was great. Professional, responsive, a pleasure to work with. The team that did the actual spraying were on time, also very professional and personable, answered the tons of questions I had and were very polite with me. They were in at about 8:30AM and gone by noon. The garage was cleaner when they left than it was before they showed up. When it comes time to do our attic, AT Foam will be our first call.

So far everything has gone well.

Very pleased.

Jake came to the house about 730am and didn't finish until about 6pm. They did a good job with the foam. It was a little more messy than I had anticipated. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up. The cement floors have some overspray which we have to remove before finishing the floors. Some of the foam extended past the framing even after they trimmed it so we had to trim it further before drywall so it wouldn't push on the drywall. We were told by the drywallers that it is not uncommon to have to finish shaving the studs after they leave. Next time I would probably ask them to do a little more trimming before they leave.

They were very responsive and answered all questions I had in my first conversation with them. They were on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently. Everything I needed and appreciate the responsiveness.

I requested estimates for insulating a sunroom (primarily ceiling and floor) from 3 companies. The other 2 came out to measure, discuss my options, etc. and provided written quotes by email a couple days later. AT Foam (I only dealt with Jake) just wanted to quote the job over the phone based on my description, and he called back with a quote the next day, which was higher than the other 2 (but not insanely so). I consider quoting without seeing the job pretty unprofessional. Perhaps they considered my job too small for the distance involved, but if that was it I would have been more impressed if they were simply up-front about it. Whatever the reason for their approach, it did not give me any confidence in using them.

They completed the work ontime, as scheduled, and within budget. Great job and experience.
