Description of Work: They carry a lot of parts if you don't want to wait for a part to be mailed off the internet. Turned out I did need the part the there return policy was for a full refund.

+ -1 moreFine, I mean, you never want it to be as expensive as it is, but the parts alone were almost $200, thank you, Viking. Andy called, gave us a one-hour window and even showed up early. The oven has worked perfectly since.
Description of Work: The igniter on our 6 year old Viking range was acting flaky, not coming on for a while when we turned on the oven which produced a pretty strong gas smell. Andy came out, diagnosed the problem, had the parts and fixed it.

The technician was on time, explained what he was doing every step of the way and replaced only what needed to be replaced (a $5 fuse and not the entire stove vent board.) He was very knowledgeable and answered a few questions about how best to maintain our other appliances.
Description of Work: Our Dacor cook top vent blew a fuse. We thought the entire board would need to be replaced (hundreds of dollars to replace.) Dacor recommended this company to us.

Description of Work: OUR 1998 SUBZERO 650 REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT HOLDING ITS PROGRAMMED TEMPERATURE. ANDY ORDERED PARTS, REPLACED THE LEAKY REFRIGERATOR EVAPORATOR AND THE CORRODED HEAT EXCHANGER, AND RECHARGED THE REFRIGERANT(R134A). SUBZERO WARRANTED THE SERVICE.

THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. THE SERVICE MAN WAS NICE, BUT DIDN'T HAVE THE PART. THIS DISHWASHER IS GOING TO TAKE TWO WEEKS TO REPAIR.
