It was okay. They are okay. They were a little pricey.

My elderly SubZero fridge needs lots of tender loving care. Recently the freezer temperature has been very erratic and it stopped making ice. A different appliance repair company looked at it, thought the fan was bad, suggested ordering parts from California, then never called me back and never completed the service. Scott from Appliance Service Station called the morning of my appointment to confirm, showed up right on time, was neatly dressed in a company uniform, polite, and professional. He did not ask me to empty the contents of the fridge, which previous service providers have. He was quick and very tidy. He easily diagnosed the problem (dust build-up in the compressor) and corrected it. He recommended replacing the fan which was discolored and cracked from the over-heated compressor. He had the necessary parts in his van and did the work on the spot. He gave me a written 12 month guarantee on service and parts. He cheerfully wished my a good day and went on to his next call. My fridge has been happily humming and making ice ever since he left. Awesome service! I will absolutely use Appliance Service Station in the future.

We picked this service due to the stellar grades on Angie's List. While they did not cover our area, the owner did recommend his brother's appliance service. He was able to diagnose our problem over the phone and we did not need a service call. Great service and we would recommend again.

We have used them several times, they are honest in evaluating what service is needed. They always show up on time. They are very clean, fast and efficient and they like my dogs.

Carl came within 24 hours of our call at a time convenient for us, was extremely professional, and took apart the dishwasher in no time flat. It turned out to be a chunk of glass caught in the pump impeller, which we could not have extracted ourselves. He was quick, thorough, not condescending about the chunk of glass issue, and charged us only the 'service call fee' of $119 + tax. Would definitely use this company again.

This cost a lot, but was more about Fisher Paykel than Appliance Service Station. The part took a long time to arrive, and I had to call to check on its progress. Everyone was very helpful, timely, efficient and productive. I would absolutely use them again.

Servie rep was honest ion telling us repair might not make sense. MInimum service charge a little hard to take but they are upfront and honset about it. No complaints.

Sub zero had ice covering the back wall. Called A**. They scheduled me for the next week. Tech came out. Asked me to help him unload the refrigerator which was odd, but I gladly helped. He repaired the refrigerator and even helped me remove the freezer drawer so I could clean the bottom out. In addition, he vacuumed out a tray at the top that he said could be a culprit to other problems in the future. Service was great. Felt like he went above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. The actual thermister was 27.51 the rest of the fee was labor which I thought was a little much for a 15 minute service call. Overall, very nice experience and I will use A** again.

The work was fast and the unit works now. I was told that the parts were covered by warranty and the labor would be $190.00 and I paid on the spot. Later I got an official invoice showing that Subzero will be paying them $250.00 for labor - a total of $540.00 for less than 2 hours of labor is outrageous!

The technician arrived on time, replaced the part promptly and gave me some advice re how to clean out the coils on my refrigerator. Was a great experience and I would use them again.

Appliance Service Station came out and I feel like they did not have their act together. They had quoted me one price on their automated system and when they came to my house their price was a little higher. They took their time to take care of the problem and we got it all worked out.

Customer service staff were friendly and professional. It would have been great if they could have sent someone quicker, but I understand they are busy (partly due to their reputation, I'm sure). Repairman arrived within the time window and completed the job in about an hour. He left the old parts in a bag, as well as instructions for replacement, so my wife could show them to me after I got home. Overall a very painless experience!

The technician (Dave) was very kind, he came out the first day, but unfortunately didn't have the right parts to fix everything, so fixed the heater/leak first, and then came back a week later to fix the gaskets. He was very professional, explained everything, and gave us tips/advice about our SubZero and how long it would last, and what things could/might go wrong (what we could expect to pay in the future). He was very knowledgeable and friendly (even remembered not to ring the doorbell when he came back cause our baby might be sleeping). Would definitely use them again.

Excellent. The pump kept running because of a jam in the drain hose. The lower spinner was loose. Service guy immediately found the problem(s) and conducted himself very professionally, explaining to me in detail what would be required. As said, Excellent. I highly recommend!

The repairman was available the day I called. He came on time, did the repairs promptly and cleaned up. I appreciated the honesty about my washer.

He said the repairs would cost about as much as a new machine. He gave me the phone number for F & P (but it was the wrong #), and told me to call them, describe the problem, with the hopes that they would at least award the cost of the service visit towards a new machine, if we purchased another F & P. On the phone with F&P I learned that the total for parts would be about $240, and they were not amenable to any kind of refund of the repair visit, with the machine being eight years old, and without a more complete service report. On the way out the technician took an informal look at our refrigerator and gave me some good advice on our ice maker and on replacing our water filter, which was nice of him. Overall, it was a bummer to spend 109 dollars to have someone come and tell me the washing machine wasn't worth fixing. I understand that there are costs in simply making a house call, and this is company policy, but it would be nice if there was a reduced charge ($50 would be more reasonable) if no service is performed on the appliance because the appliance is deemed by the technician to be beyond repair.

Overall, we had a great experience; from prompt phone calls to on-time service appointment and tidy billing. I'd highly recommend them.

Appliance Service station workers showed up on time. They were courteous, and clean. They protected our wood floors with mats, and quickly found the problem, fixed it, and guaranteed the work. They followed up with a receipt and coupon by mail. Highly recommended.

They came when they were supposed to and they answered any questions that we had. They never tried to overcharge us or try to do any extra work for more money. I really enjoyed working with them. They did a very nice job.

Even though my in-wall range isn't fixed, I am still happy with the service the technician from Appliance Service Station provided. He was very thorough and followed all the manufacturer's guidelines to have the problem fixed. He called ahead each time before coming and was very nice. I can't fault them for the manufacturer's inability to provide a solution.

They had to come back, but that it wasn't their fault and they didn't charge me. It was an expensive part that they needed. I had a hard time finding someone that would service my brand (Thermodor). They were always very punctual and friendly.
