Description of Work: My Bosch dryer wasn't flowing hot air, so I thought the element might be broken. Thankfully it wasn't, and it was just the reset button, because instead of $125 + weird odds-and-ends charges that came up to $160, it would have been closer to $500! But Glenn was more than punctual-he actually arrived 15 minutes beforehand. And he was very helpful in teaching me how to get to the reset button myself in the future. The woman I spoke with on the phone had said it would cost $125 + parts, so I'm still a little confused on the price, but I'm not going to dither over $35.

Description of Work: Replaced relay board in wall oven. We have used these guys whenever we have appliance repair needs. They are always responsive, professional, and come equipped with the knowledge and parts to fix whatever has gone wrong. Definite thumbs up.

Description of Work: I spoke with Debbie Dexter at Appliance Service Station regarding repairing a Whirlpool dryer. Ms. Dexter said Appliance Svs does not work on Whirlpool appliances and with a smirk in her voice provided me with a phone number for A&E Factory Services. I called A&E and scheduled repairs. A&E did not show up and I called the office. The office kept calling to reschedule for later and later in the day and asking if the technician had contacted me (he/she never did). While waiting, I found hundreds of complaints about A&E online. One person has been waiting for refrigerator repairs for over a year. A&E does warranty work for Sears and Whirlpool so if you have a warranty you can either wait on A&E or pay out of pocket for repairs. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment with A&E. Shame on you Ms. Dexter for referring anyone to A&E.

Description of Work: We needed the belt replaced on our dryer. Appliance Service Station took care of it in a very efficient and professional manner.

Description of Work: Well on most all accounts. Very knowledgeable and professional. They had said they would fix the light and balance the fridge which they forgot at the end of a long installation process. I expect when I have them back they will take care of.

Description of Work: Service representative came to the house and estimated repairs for my washer. He presented good information about cost of repairs vs cost of replacement and even called around to see find a vendor who sold this brand of washer. Good service, but there was a two week wait to get an appointment.

Description of Work: This was to fix an intermittent fault on a Miele dishwasher. Appliance responded quickly to my call. The technician arrived within the agreed time, and has I believe resolved the problem. He was professional and pleasant, and took care to explain the potential causes of the issue and likely solutions. Once well into the work he identified the most likely cause of the fault, and addressed it. I was pleased with the service and will call on Appliance the next time I have need of such services.
