+ -1 moreTypical big company. Long waits on the phone. Poor response when you need something. Prices are OK. They no longer offer what I need.
Description of Work: This is the big insurance company we all know. I would be with them still if they had not dropped earthquake coverage in Washington.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE AND WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. THEY CONTACTED US QUICKLY AND TOLD US THE APPRAISAL AMOUNT. THEY RETURNED OUR CALLS AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND APPRAISED THE HOUSE, AFTER WE BOUGHT IT, TO GIVE A QUOTE ON INSURANCE.
