Ron was great. I called him (from Angie's List) at the last minute wanting some really dirty windows cleaned before a party. Ron came out the next day -- Saturday on a holiday (New Year) weekend. He was fast and thorough. I will certainly hire him in the future.

Ron came out on a Saturday and he had one young man working with him. They did not waste any time in getting right to the tasks. They removed the debris from the roof with an air blower and then applied a zinc product to kill and treat against moss. They then cleaned out the gutters and added flashing where needed at no cost, I might add. And lastly, they cleaned my windows. The window cleaning cost $75.00, the gutters were $100.00 and the roof cleaning with moss control was $250.00. These are very reasonable prices, especially for the size and style house I have. More importantly, Ron and his worker did an excellent job. That's why I decided to purchase the gutter guards from him. These cost me $585.00 including installation. With all the various trees surrounding my home, I'm very glad I made this purchase. There are lots of different gutter guards on the market, but I don't think many stand up to the type that Ron sells. They are very effective and very inconspicuous. I plan to have Ron back in the spring to repeat these same services.

Ron and an employee arrived on time to perform annual power washing of my sport court, aggregate patio, driveway, and brickwork and window washing. They did an excellent job, as they do every year. I was impressed with his hard-working, focused employee, as well. I needed this work done on short notice (poor planning on my part!) and Ron accommodated my request. I would highly recommend Alliance.

It went very well. As described above, Ron arrived on time; completed the work quickly; gave me a thorough explanation of what he did, and presented a bill that was very reasonable.
