Alex and Tony were very friendly and good at what they do. They answered all questions and worked in a clean manner. The squirrel cage blower in the furnace had a lot of accumulated sheet rock dust and needed a thorough cleaning.

Great job by both Alex and Tony very professional, diligent, great skill set, and excellent communication. Would definitely hire them again.

They showed up on time. Explained what they would do & cost. Completed work with in 1.5 hours. Cleaned up or left.

I can't express what a GREAT job this company did at my house. The two employees were 15 min early, professional throughout the job and kept me updated on the services they were performing prior to doing the job. If you need services performed on your furnace or air ducts, I highly recommend this company. I am not very easy to please, but these guys were awesome!!!

They arrived, introduced themselves, & explained what they would do along w/add't items they had to offer. They were curtious & personable.

I tried to schedule with them the very first day I purchased the deal, and didn?t receive a phone call until two months after I purchased it. He said from the beginning that he would schedule for January, but he never confirmed. He called in January the day before he thought he had scheduled us for and I told him that that day wouldn?t work for us and that I would like for him to come out before doing the work for some concerns with my home?s layout?and it took a lot of back and forth in order to reschedule the appointment. By the time he called me, he yelled at me that I was being very unaccommodating, and hung up on me and it was very unpleasant, as he was trying to reschedule for a couple more months out. Frankly the whole purpose of buying the vent cleaning is to take advantage of the season we purchase it in; doing the work in April is kind of pointless.

I am happy to hire them to clean my entire HVAC system. They are very professional. Very fun to watch how the duct gets cleaned! I added some optional service as well as $149. They cleaned my furnace and air handler. Now my AC gets stronger than before I cleaned. I would like to hire them again every four years that they suggested.

Air Care's team were on time and immediately changed into booties to protect my carpet. They were excellent about placing protection over the areas in which they worked and explained various other services we could add on in addition to the Angies discount we had paid for earlier in the month, which we agreed we wanted him to do. There was a problem with our dryer vent where the last owners had never cleaned it (in 20 years!) and the lint was so wet, it had created a dam and welded itself to the duct. It appeared we had a serious fire hazard, and he explained we needed someone else to clean it properly. He was very clear and explained thoroughly about where the jam was and what we should do to remedy it. Though it took two weeks to clear out the horrible lint jam in the vent pipe under the house, Air Care was proved completely right. He further arranged to order two specialty filters for our unusual air intakes, which have been delivered and will keep us from having to continually spend money every year on paper ones as these can be cleaned by us. Though we had a small concern over another matter, Air Care was very good about making sure it was made right. Overall, we have had no further issues with breathing in our home, the dryer vent is allowing our dryer to work more efficiently, and we were extremely happy with their work.

Alex and Tony were very prompt and professional. This had to be one of the toughest jobs they have had, since we have not had any of the services performed for almost 8 years and even longer for the dryer vent! Did I mention we have two dogs?! They were both very informative of the services they were performing, and never tried pushing additional services not needed. They now have us on their calendar for our next furnace cleaning, in two years. I would recommend Air Care to anyone who needs their furnace or air ducts serviced. Thank you Alex and Tony!

Great work overall. Professional, punctual and good attitude. The crew that showed up had great advice and easily worked around other projects. My only gripe was that I charged for taxes beyond the original price. I thought that was a little strange since I assumed it was a package deal. I also saw nothing in the fine print saying taxes not included. Small problem that just wasn't expected. Better communication would be nice.

Fantastic! They were prompt, professional, friendly, thorough, no tricky up-sale pitch upon arrival, they just did the job efficiently and effectively. They were very careful and sensitive to my worries about cats getting down into the duct work and/or dogs escaping. They offered (no hard sell tho, which I appreciated) to add on the life time furnace filter and to clean the dryer vent, both were at such a great price I agreed, so the initial 375 (before tax, which you pay while they are there), plus the add ons was only 527. I was VERY pleased, and will call them again when its time to clean the vets and furnace.

It went fabulous! They were running early and called to see if it was ok to arrive early. They explained what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. They were very friendly and professional & did such a great job (made me realize that the last company that cleaned my air vents before this, did a so-so job) Will definitely use them again! They did a thorough job and were super quick. they also provided great advice on future cleanings and replacements.

+The ducts appear to have been cleaned well and we're happy with that part of the service. +Great price -Technicians forgot to seal one vent, spraying dust in one room -A large dent was left in one duct. Cosmetic issue, but also one that could have been fixed -Technicians left a foam block on one vent and failed to re-open another. -Significant amount of metal filings left under ducts where holes were drilled Overall, the work was satisfactory for the price, but clearly rushed and not much care was taken for clean-up.

Jim and Team gave me a called the day of service and called that they could show up early (instant extra points). They immediately stepped in and went to work assessing all the returns and air ducts. We decided to get the permanent air filter which he gave me for the Angielist groupon price even though I didnt have the groupon. They were VERY thorough with the air duct cleaning using a tube that slides into each air duct to ensure all debris is removed (vs some other companies just using a vacuum cleaner which I can do myself). After servicing the furnace and replacing the filter it was noticeably more quiet and doesnt sound like the furnace is working as hard. I highly recommend Air Care USA!

They were okay, but there was one thing that really soured it for me - when they left, all the air ducts were left closed. I didn't realize that, and didn't know why the heater didn't seem to be helping much. Finally realized they had left all the ducts closed after 3 days of thinking there was a problem with the heater. Kept the heater running constantly for 3 days, probably wasted some money on electricity, and some anxiety on concern over furnace efficiency.

Called for appt early October and was scheduled a month + out for a 2 hour window. Jim & Dakota showed up just before scheduled time of 3pm and got to work. Air ducts hadn't been cleaned in over 23 years so this service was desperately needed. Jim found the furnace service provider from Oct 1 had a cheap ill-fitting filter in upside down and the blower motor was dirty because of this. Jim provided & installed a life-time filter that fit, for a very reasonable price, & cleaned our furnace while he & Dakota also cleaned out the air ducts which were incredibly dirty. I was shown what had accumulated in our cold air return and was grateful I finally had this service done. Both Jim and Dakota were very personable & thorough. I highly recommend this company and will use them to service my furnace in the future as well as clean the air ducts when due.

We were very satisfied with the service from AirCare USA. They were very professional and did outstanding work.

This was a big deal purchase and it was okay. They came out a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. They did not clean the air flow system because they could not reach it, or something like that.

They seemed very knowledgeable, and patiently explained the process, as we had never had our ducts cleaned before. We have just completed a remodeling project and knew alot of debris landed in our ducts. Hopefully this will help reduce the dust levels in our house!
