Air Care USA cleaned our ducts and serviced our furnace. The team arrived on time and were very professional! They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again.

Price was a little lower than I thought because some vents did not need cleaning. I appreciated Jim being honest about that. They were on time showed up early & respectful of my home, also answered any questions I had & explain the value of a permanent furnace fitter VS. temporary less efficient ones, tried to up sell me to get a UV light installed. Left everything clean. Recommend they show where will pot hole (s) in advance. I asked based on other reviews I read unsure of quality, as I need to wait for one winter when I use my furnace.

I had a great experience with Air Care USA. After I left an initial message, I got a call back from the owner, Jim, that same day and was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. Dacota and Tony showed up on time in their 1-hour window. They were both extremely courteous and very careful with our house & our things. They explained all of the options available, but without any "hard sell" tactics at all. They kept me informed as they were working, gave an accurate time estimate for the entire job (1 1/2 hours) and took time afterwards to give me a summary of everything they had done, show me how the new UV light worked, talk about the condition of my furnace/vents, and answer my questions about ongoing maintenance timetables. They were even kind enough to install a new vent cover I had purchased, which was certainly not part of the job. I will definitely use Air Care USA for future vent/furnace needs.

Bumped us up to an earlier time due to a cancellation. Stayed clean throughout the house. Didn’t fray to moh for were sales, but offered other options. They couldn’t do dryer vent cleaning due to roof being too high, but recommended another company that could.

They were early which was fine, both Jim & Alex very knowledgeable and professional did a good job and clean up.

Showed up early because of a couple of cancellations, but called first. Very knowledgeable technician with son assisting. Had a friendly chat with son as he went about his basined on while father worked on the furnace in the garage. Was very early furnace vent pleased with this team.

I called to see how far they were scheduled out and fortunately they had a cancellation and arrived within the hour Jim and Dakota are awesome, thorough, and trustworthy. I would and will highly recommend them!

Jim discussed services and costs clearly before beginning. Jim and Alex quickly and efficiently cleaned vents while taking care to protect the inside of my home – including wearing booties.

Arrived exactly on time. Reminder call the day before booties over street shoes & on ladder was careful removing custom wood floor vents, didn’t remove the 3rd one because it was varnished in place & he didn’t want to damage it. Respectful of me & my home.

Dacota and Tony were early. They were very quick and professional. We even got advice on how often we really need their services.

Jim and Alex were extremely helpful and friendly in servicing our furnace and vents. They were actually available 30 minutes *early* for our appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. Jim clearly identified the condition of our furnace quickly, and advised me on what services would be best for the unit. While some might use this merely as an upsell, Jim also identified the things in the furnace that were new and working well, and I was very happy with his recommendations. The service was fast (~1.5 hrs), and Jim and Alex were both friendly and conversational during the process. With the new filter, the furnace needs service only half as often, and it very clearly works more efficiently, is quieter, and the floor vents have a nice black filter which look nicer than the more open returns they were previously. All in all, very pleased with my service and would happily hire them again!

The technicians, Alex and Tony, showed up on schedule. They were courteous and diligent in removing many years of dust and lint from the furnace system without making a mess or disturbing our pets. We are very satisfied with their work and expect to have them back for future servicing.

The only problem was the delay between the order and the actual service. Otherwise, the 2 guys were prompt, energetic, thorough & fully useful information. Very much worthwhile.
