Description of Work: They cleaned some of our ducts but missed at least one intake duct. When I called they said if we did not show them the duct they did not clean it. It seems to me they should not have to depend on me to show them the ducts. They also sold us an expensive filter for our furnace. When we had the furnace worked on later we were told by the repair company that it was an inferior filter and should not be used. I called Air Care and they did accept the filter back and refunded my money. | |Since I know they missed one duct I am not sure how many others they missed. |

They understood everything we said/asked and were VERY polite, intelligent, fast and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. We plan on calling them in a few more years to do it again. We purchased a coupon for that service, but the provider's schedule was booked too far out to complete the service as quickly as we needed it. Communications were prompt, professional, and productive, so we're sorry we couldn't take advantage of the offer and service.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for air duct cleaning with unlimited number of vents for $149. They responded promptly and scheduled a time and day at my convenience. They arrived at the designated time and explained what they were going to do. They also sold me a permanent filter for my furnace and sanitized the ducts for an additional cost of $135. They tried to clean my dryer vent at my request as well but didn't charge me because the vent was too small to clean thoroughly. He gave me some great advice about replacing the plastic hose with a metal pipe (fire hazard) and attaching a larger diameter vent. I was very pleased with the advice and the permanent filter option.

Description of Work: AirCare cleaned all the ducts, the furnace, blower and filters and sanitized. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and put furniture back in place when they were done. I will use them again and can highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I was for my rental home. They showed up on time and did a good job for my rental. They checked my furnace after cleaning to make sure. We did find our furnace problem on it. Thanks to point out. I do like them.

They were prompt, performed their service, and were very understanding about our two children's curiosity! They sold us on a bunch of extras which weren't included in the original price. We hadn't budgeted for those extra services, but they were fairly priced and there was no hard selling.

The price was right and they were all very nice to have in our home. I did buy a lifetime allumum filter wich added to the price, but in the long run it will pay for it's self. Total price was 150.00.
