Description of Work: They were prompt and professional. They did a good job cleaning the ducts. They upsold without pressure but I did opt for the cleaning spray and for them to clean the furnace. In retrospect, I would have done the furnace again, but I think the spray is a complete waste of money. They were good guys. If you need ducts cleaned, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but I would anticiapte the real cost at $300-400 vs. $150 once you are done getting other things cleaned, etc.

Description of Work: Started as a big deal $149 unlimited air ducts cleaning. Then they offer some options with it so I ended like paying an average price. I wish they have a video camera that I can look at inside of air ducts. Overall they did good job and I am happy with it.

Description of Work: AirCare cleaned all my vents and intake vents. Two technicians worked simultaneously, one was based at the furnace the other prepping and cleaning the vents. All my questions were readily answered, and useful information was offered all along the work being performed. They were well organized and very efficient.
