Description of Work: I purchased an AL Deal for $149 to have my ducts cleaned. They promptly replied and we set an appointment, which they confirmed a couple days before hand. They arrived right on time and got right to work. Very professional, very informative. Alex also checked my furnace to find, even though I had it serviced a couple months prior, that the blower was packed. I agreed to another $120 to clean that (VERY competitive price according my my research, and he showed me what came out of it...yikes!), and $55 to sanitize/coat the ducts. They let me know things I could do to help secure the ducts better, were very neat, cleaned the vent covers, even fixed a couple of the vent covers that had developed gaps over time. There was virtually no residual smell after they were done (in sharp contrast to the last time I had this done by another company, headaches and sneezing for 3 days). Couldn't be happier and they will be my go-to for next time! :)

Description of Work: Two fellows cleaned the vents and heating air ducts in my home. They were very polite and I hope they did a good job because I have no way of telling if they did or not. I think it would be better if they did a before and after pictures of their service and when they advertise they should include the tax which they ask you for when they do the service, meaning i have to come up with more money instead of thinking that this is already included in the cost I have paid.

Description of Work: They cleaned the airducts, which we requested. Our furnace had not been cleaned in over ten years, and when they came they suggested that as well. I assumed that I would be upsold on services, but honestly, they seemed trustworthy and did a great job. Plus I really should have gotten my furnace cleaned before now! One of the guys took additional time to show me how to clean my filters and how often. Would absolutely use these guys again!
