They did a great job. They were friendly, and they took extra time to make sure everything was done correctly.

Great - showed up early, got done fast, did a great job. Even vacuumed our basement stairs, and they certainly didn't make a mess on them to begin with.

The technicians (Alex and Tony) arrived on time, were polite, didn't make a mess in my house, worked efficiently, did a good job with the ducts, and cleaned up thoroughly when their job was completed. With the Angie's List coupon, the company was scheduling a couple of months out, but what do you expect? I called other air duct cleaners in the area and they were quoting $400-600 for the same job. I gladly waited for AirCare Usa and am pretty happy about that! They did a great job at a fraction of the cost. We will absolutely use their services again.

Alex and Tony arrived and quickly went to work. As soon as they arrived they inspected the location of all vents and intakes, including a quick look at the furnace. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and the reasons for each. They were thorough and efficient. Good guys and you could tell they really cared about doing a great job for us. They even offered to put the vent covers back when they'd completed the work (unlike other service providers I'd used in the past). I highly recommend AirCareUSA.

They ran a coupon on the list which I purchased. When I called, they did let me know that they were going to be about a month out, but I made the appointment anyway. They were on time and professional! Cleaned out what sounded like years of old dog hair (just bought a house/I've got cats) and miscellaneous schmutz. House smells better and my allergies are clearing up! Very personable crew.

The provider told us about every facet of what he was doing and what we need to do in the future to keep everything clean. The job was done efficiently and my home was kept clean from contaminants during the work. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Responsiveness was marked down only because it took a month to get them out to the house due to the amount of people taking them up on this terrific special. Punctuality not their fault, everyone was late that morning due to some horrific traffic. Alex and Tony came in and went right to work: Protected floors, corners, etc Cleaned all air intakes and covers (3) Cleaned all ducts and covers (23) Sanitized all ducts (23) - this was an add on due to pet smells New filter - add on to replace poor working electronic air filter system Knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my stupid questions. Air Care USA was awesome. They were courteous, prompt, and were thorough with what turned out to be a mess down in our crawl space, vents, and ducts. He educated us on the process, how to keep things cleaner longer, and gave us referrals for additional needs. We had a great time talking with the owner about the house and who knows what else. They are a great family owned business with integrity who does things right. Will use them again for sure.

They contacted me promptly, but were unable to provide the service until two months after the purchase date. Since the work is urgent for us, we need to go with another option.

AirCare was very responsive after I purchased their air duct cleaning package, however we couldn't settle on a date that worked for both of us. I had already purchased a new furnace (also via Angie's List) and had hoped to have the vents & duct work cleaned prior to the furnace being installed. Unfortunately the duct cleaning company doesn't have any openings until December, and wanted me to have the furnace installed, then have him come in December to clean the air ducts. I'm unwilling to do this because the furnace contractor is also adding some dampers to the duct work under the house. I didn't want them working with dirty duct work, and having he furnace blowing loosened debris. It's going to cost more, but the furnace contractor is going to have the ducts cleaned the morning of the install; fortunately I'm able to take advantage of Angie's 30 day refund of the original air duct package.

Jim was very responsive and soon messaged me for an available date. My wait was about a 1 month. I didn't realize when Jim gave me the time frame 11am - 12pm it meant that the crew would arrive between this time, and not the duration of the appointment so I just waited. The crew arrived at noon exactly. I showed them where the heat vents are at, moved anything that would be in their way. They finished promptly in 1hr. They used combination of vacuuming and pressurized blowing to get all the dirt and dust out. I understand there's no way to really contain the dust that's flying out so I expected to clean up around the vents after the work is done. However, I didn't expect the super fine sheetrock dust was pretty much everywhere in the house. I wish I was warned so I could've covered up the beds and vanity table. I ended up cleaning the entire house and doing laundry for few hours because the dust that flew out settled on all surfaces possible in the house and with that amount of dust, it triggered my allergy pretty badly. Overall, the work was professional and fast. I now know next time I will definitely cover up the furniture better.

I don't like the fact that payment must be made prior to even have a chance to scheduling an appointment with the provider. In addition, the preset schedule was 2+ months away and zero flexibility. Now that the scheduling didn't work out, I must request for a refund myself and wait for up to more 2 weeks total end to end.

Two men, owner and helper, verified locations of all air vents, cleaned the entire system in about 65 minutes. No mess left behind.

I bought their deal for air duct cleaning but the first time they could schedule was about two months away, not exactly what I had in mind and not going to work out for me.

Duct cleaning whent well and I was surprised at how dirty they were based upon what I heard being cleaned it. They Suggested replacement of furnace filter with electrostatic filter which I did. At the same time the cleaned out the gas furnace at no charge. I was happy with the service I received and the cost. Will use this company in the future.

I purchased ducting cleaning service in the beginning of October but the merchant said he would not be able to set up an appointment until at least December, the coupon expires Jan 4th. The business owner was friendly and answered the phone himself but I was disappointed with the time frame given as our daughter has had asthma issues lately and we wanted to provide her with a cleaner environment. I feel that such a great deal should not be advertised if it cannot be accomplished in a timely manner.

The two guys came at the set time and started working immediately. They were very careful around furniture and on the hardwood floors. The work was done very professionally and I am glad I did this the cleanup.

Cannot get the service performed for almost two months.

I purchased the big deal at Angie on Friday. The owner contactd me by next Monday. Luckly, there was a perfect time for me on Friday. On Friday, they arrived about 15 mins early and finished cleaning in 1 hour. Everything went well. We are very happy with our choice.

The service provider team has arrived on time. Explained the condition of the furnace which is well maintained. Duct access opened and resealed as expected. The service went very well and the team is very professional. The only problem is not clear on the sales tax rate, I belied it should be billed at 9.5% for King county resident, appeared the company's sales tax formula is set at 9.8% and I have to honor as the service provider insisted. updated 10/8/14: it has been over 2 weeks since my paid order on cold air return filter (suggested by the owner's son Alex) has not been delivered, charges of $65 has been paid upfront, but the follow up is not that great.

I bought the package deal from this site, and scheduled for the next day. The guys gave me a window of 1-2P, showed up at 1:15P and were wrapped before 2P. It was fast and painless. I would definitely use them again.
