They arrived for the work on time, very polite and professional, they spotted the a loose connection between the furnace and air duct, and they quickly fixed it. They fully checked the furnace, got air filter adjusted and they reminder me that they found the water pipeline over the furnace has problem and hence I need a plumber to fix this in the spring time. They did extra work for the price I paid. Very efficient and good quality work.

Jim did a great job of taking care of me on the telephone, scheduling an appointment time that worked for both of us, arriving on time, and performing an exemplary service. All of the dust I used to see is gone. I will call Jim anytime I need help with my HVAC from now on.

Dakota & Tony were on time. They both did an excellent job! Services was reasonably priced gave a detailed explanation what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone else to get those services performed.

The air ducts were pretty bad but Tony and Dakota did a great job. They were extremely friendly and personable. Made sure they told me exactly what was going on, and showed me how clean the air ducts were after they were done. Extremely satisfied and would strongly recommend!

Tony & Dakota did a great job. They worked hard and didn't mess around. They offered me "upgrades" but were not pushy about it when I declined them. These guys did a great job explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. They put everything they removed back in it's place. The technicians arrived on time. They were friendly, efficient and non-intrusive. They did not try to gill me more than I wanted or needed & gone great advice, at my request, about future service.

I bought a $199 service on Angie's List. They called me within a couple of days and said they were scheduling 3 weeks out due to demand. The owner was very polite on the phone. I scheduled it for a weekday afternoon, and they arrived right on time. I had already read their website where they had posted the cost and description of sanitizing ducts and dryer vent cleaning ($75 + $75), so I decided in advance to have them do that as well. When Dacota and Tony arrived they were polite and efficient. Tony explained exactly what they would do. Neither man tried to sell me any other services, so I brought up the extras that I wanted and they gladly did it. It took them a little less than 2 hours. My house is old and some of the vents had been painted to the wall, so Tony gave me work-around options to deal with that. He let me know every time he ran into something that might be a problem in advance. They also did not try to tell me that I should do this every year, which I appreciate. Also, I have a lot of furniture and stored stuff in my basement to work around, which they did with no comments or complaints. My only complaint is that Saturday appointments are not easily available, but that is minor. Thank you, Tony and Dacota!

I have to give this company an A+ rating. Not only did they do the work, the integrity of the owner was very good. He promised to be the one to do the service and his Son, they both showed up and did the work. They made sure that whatever mess they made, they cleaned up. They treated my house as if it were their own. At this time I am very pleased with the service, integrity and honesty of the Owner and Company, I would use them again. I would also recommend the company to anyone else that needs the same service.

Very good group of guys and they won't cheat you at all. Will let you know exactly what to look for and if they don't know they will say they don't know instead of Giving a BS answer. Great customer service and will definitely be calling them back again.

Even though they are very busy doing their work, they still took time to answer my questions and provided different information, address my concern. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They pay attention to small detail and result of their work is superb.

It went great, the two man crew even arrived a little early. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and got right to work. I had questions about cleaning the flexible heat ducts in the crawl space. They took time to explain and show me how they do that part of the job, and I was impressed with they're knowledge of all aspects of they're work. They brought minimal equipment into the house, and we're very clean and neat as they went from room to room.
