Upselling was a bit annoying. Would have preferred them listing extra options and prices in our confirmation email. Otherwise they were professional, polite and very quick. There were two representatives and they didn't leave a mess in any of the rooms which made us extremely happy. I would book them again with a few of the extras they provide.

Great service. They explained the services they offered and I was able to pick what I needed. There was no pressure, very professional. They performed exactly as advertised, great job. I would choose them again in heartbeat!

Responded promptly, set an appointment quickly - and only had an hour wait window - very nice for us working folks. Able to arrive earlier - which worked for me. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I felt a bit pressured by recommendation to have them sanitize ducts and clean and vacuum furnace head unit at double the cost of the work, but I do believe it was out of concern and with good intentions.

It went excellent! They did excellent service. They were on time and professional.

Jim and his assistant (Cody?) did a great job. They were both very friendly and professional. They cleaned out and sanitized all the ducts and the dryer vents, and left my house in clean and working condition. I installed a new furnace about a month ago, and Jim made sure everything was cleaned as I was hesitant to clean the ducts after installing a new furnace. I plan to use this service again in the future.

Have used Jim many times. He was on time with a qualified assistant and performed work quickly. He explained everything he did.

Alex and Tony arrived on time promptly went to work, provided up front pricing and completed the work in one hour and a half. They were knowlegeable, courteous, and professional. Great job!

Alex & Tony were on time, performed the work as discussed and finished within 1.5 hours. They were polite, friendly and made sure our family pet was allowed to go outside before starting.

Duct cleaning went very well. Very surprised on what came out of vents. One item was a 6" galvanized metal pipe.

Jim and his assistant, Dakota, were polite, informative and efficient. I was instructed in operation and maintenance in a respectful and easy to follow way.

It went very well. They did a good job. They were organized, careful and clean about the work they did. They answered all my questions thoughtfully and even provided me information I didn't think to ask about. I was well pleased with the service.

The crew was running late that day and called just before 5pm to let us know that they were on the way (scheduled time was 3-5pm). Alex and Tony got straight to work once they arrived. They used shoe covers (which I love) and they worked straight until nearly 7pm. Upon completion of the work, they cleaned up all their tools/plastic tarps and replaced all the vent covers. Alex let me know that the filter needed be cleaned every 3 months and we'd receive a post card in two years as a service reminder. Tony explained that other than drywall and some construction materials, the vents were in great shape with good suction. The guys also let me know that we'd smell a "burning smell" once the furnace fired back up. After that, we could only smell the sanitized vents (which was actually a really good clean smell). I was impressed with their dedication to getting the job done for us (despite a long day and a long drive home to Renton). If I have further furnace questions/future maintenance, I would love to have Alex and Tony come back out!

I purchased their $149 special. They did a nice job, cleaned up very well after service. I will use them again.

Purchased the $149 deal for air duct cleaning. Work was performed as promised. No complains.

Service was efficient and clean. Took two months before they could get to my house so must be busy.

They arrived as scheduled and did a great job. The gentlemen that performed the work were knowledgable and proficient. Offered some suggestions and recommendations but were not pushy. Very happy with the work.

They showed up on time. The two young men were clearly communicative about what they were going to work on. The lead person also spent time explaining to us some of the particulars both about the system and the process. Very professional and well-trained.

I purchased a duct cleaning special offered through Angie's List. The original purchase was made in late September but the service couldn't be scheduled until about 6 weeks later. I ended up having a conflict on the original date so we finally had the service done in December. Our appointment was for 11 AM on Dec 12th. That morning I got a call around 9 AM asking if they could come earlier because one of their other morning appointments had cancelled. Unfortunately there had been a windstorm the previous night and our power was out when that call came. The technician determined that they couldn't come unless we had power and agreed to call back closer to 11 AM so see if my power was restored by then. My power came back on a bit after 10 AM but I never did get a call back, so I called them around 11:20. They were just finishing up with another client and said they'd be at my house shortly. They arrived shortly before noon. The two technicians were very friendly. We did a quick tour of the house to locate all the vents and the furnace. They connected a large vacuum line to the main heat trunk near the furnace and covered each vent to create a suction throughout the heating system. They went to each heat vent and used an air hose with an agitator to loosen the dust so it could be sucked into the vacuum line. They offered to sell me a new electrostatic air filter for the furnace (mine was dirty and was due for replacement). I have a heat pump with an auxiliary electric furnace so I checked with the company that installed the heat pump; they said the thin type of filter they were offering would restrict the air flow through the system and potentially cause the fan to fail. I relayed that to the technician and while he said he'd never had that issue in the many years he'd been selling this filter, he did not pressure me to buy it anyway. They also offered to spray a disinfectant into the air duct that would kill any bacteria or flea eggs remaining in the system. We chose not to have that done. Clean up after the job was just average - there was a small amount of debris left near some of the heat vents.
