They did efficient job of it, as far as I can tell. They were on-time and clean.

Timely and efficient service was provided. The guys wore booties to protect my carpets which I really appreciated. They took great care to protect walls, as they pulled the air hoses throughout my home. They cleaned up after themselves. The guys were friendly and I felt safe while they were in my home. Vents seemed very clean when they completed the job. I will use this company in the future.

Punctual and professional. The ducts were extremely dirty, but are now clean. The house smells better than it has in years! The tech was even able to resolve a furnace filter issue that was left unresolved by a previous company. Highly recommend.

They told me they do not service my area so I could not use this deal.

Tony and Alex were on-time and very professional. They were very careful to lay down mats to protect the carpet and were very considerate. They worked steadily but didn't rush. Everything they did, they checked with me to make sure it was ok. They suggested spraying the vents and a purchasing a filter, which were extra, but they didn't "push" anything. I will use this company again.

It worked out fine. There were additional charges apart from the $149 deal. I think I paid another $200. Like with all of these things, they show up and do one thing for that but they always add couple of things that you were not expecting but you feel like you need it so you just do it. I think that is pretty typical for all the service providers. I hope that they can all be clear about things that they do. It all worked out as planned. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. Everything else was fine.

Alex and Tony were here about 1 1/2 hours. I was scheduled for service between 11 AM and 12 Noon, but they finished the previous job early and called me about 10 AM asking if they could come a little earlier.....which worked fine for me. I appreciated their calling to first check whether an earlier arrival was okay . Alex did a walk around with me first and figured the exact price ahead of time and offered sanitation of ducts as an additional option. I first declined that, but after thinking about it a bit, decided to go ahead with doing the sanitation too since we've been in this house 39 years (built in mid 50's) and never, to my knowledge, had the air ducts cleaned . Both Alex and Tony were very professional and went about their work without delay. The house was not disrupted...just a bit noisy while they were cleaning the ducts, (which they warned me about ahead of time). They were very careful while working...no mess in the house anywhere. After completion of their work, Alex explained how to clean the new electronic filter and also where they had entered the main duct to extract the dirt. After seeing everything they had removed, I was glad we had this cleaning completed! I'd been thinking about doing it for a long time and had stopped at their display at the recent Tacoma Home and Garden Show . When I saw that they were on Angie's List, I signed us up. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for such professional and great service!

This is the second time we have used AirCare USA. We sold our home and as part of our inspection, we needed to have our furnace serviced. After looking at reviews on Angie's LIst, we chose AirCare USA. We could not have been happier with our choice. SO happy, that once we moved in to our new home, we called them back to have the air ducts cleaned in our new home, as well as our furnace serviced. The home was built in 1984 and had never had the ducts cleaned! AND, as part of our sale agreement, the furnace should have been serviced, but you could still see all the dust and drywall surrounding the furnace. Alex and Tony came out on both calls. Both are extremely professional and explained everything very thoroughly. I have read so many reviews about scams in this industry, but I never felt pressured, or wondered what they were doing, or had any question in my mind that they were not doing an efficient and honest job for us. I highly recommend AirCare USA!!

They were prompt to make appointment and profession and efficient when came for the cleaning. Would recommend and use again, great service at a great price.

It turned out fine. It was really good. It was the $149 but then they asked me if I wanted to do the filters on our heater and everything as well. It took so long to get them out here after I paid.

Jim was on time, did grand work and cleaned up after himself.

The work was done at a rental. We are overseas, so information is second hand from our happy tenants. The tenants are happy with the results, and praised the professionalism of Air Care USA. . Air Care USA is busy. They are booked well in advance, which is a testimony to how good they are. But, they're worth the wait.

Jim and Dakoda arrived on time, asked about shoe removal and explained the job. Standard was reviewed as per the remodel. Jim was very thorough, courteous and very professional. Dakoda showed us a heat duct that was cut too short by installer and gave tips on how to make work. Jim was very informative.

Excellent customer service, communication from Jim. We had to reschedule due to our personal schedule. They were very cooperative. They called about 3 hours before scheduled time window and asked if they could come early. This worked great for us. Very nice guys. Would recommend and use again.

Alex & Tony were on time, introduced themselves & got right to work after explaining what they would do. Personable, considerate, efficient!
