Alex and Tony arrived on time with a their truck. A big vacuum is in the truck which will later be hooked up to your vent tunnel to create a negative pressure. Our last cleaning was done with a $40 groupon voucher with some other provider. All he did (by himself) was to brush each vent and use a household vacuum machine to clean each vent. Do you research! This is not the right way of vent cleaning. And there is no way it can be done correctly with $40. Alex and Tony did a great job and cleaned up before they leave. Very happy with their service.

I spoke to Jim from Air Care USA. He was courteous, punctual and meticulous in our experience with him and his company. They used appropriate quality equipment to clean the vents, wire whipped the duct work and by the time they were done the air was so clean my allergies have no longer been a problem for me. We hired a different company to do the same cleaning service years ago, that caused us to not believe the vent cleaning business was legitimate. These guys are the real deal! This company showed me the value of a professional vent cleaning. The air in our home has never been this clean! It was an absolute pleasure having Jim and Dakota to work with. This is the second time I've used this company in the last year and I am extremely pleased with them. I don't feel as though they are constantly trying to upsell me on anything. They are respectful of the home they are working in and do a great job at keeping it clean. They are quick to accomplish their tasks, explain what they are doing, and answer professionally any questions asked. We will continue using them in the future and won't hesitate to recommend them.

Also cleaned duct outlet covers and sanitized system. cleaned up well.

Alex and Dacota arrived promptly at the scheduled time, discussed the options and costs and the procedures to be followed, and proceeded meticulously and thoroughly to complete the cleaning process. They were extremely careful to protect all the furnishings and finishes, cleaned up carefully and gave periodic updates on the conditions they found the their progress in completing the work. Though we discussed various options, there was absolutely no attempt to pressure for additional services or products, nor attempts to push for more frequent services than necessary. A special kudos to Alex, the crew chief. His technical expertise, diligence and absolute integrity are a model to all home services contractors! They were prompt, very clean, thoroughly cleaned everything, were so pleasant and nice. They went beyond the work they were scheduled to do. They fixed a vent cover, even moved some things out of the way that I forgot to move.

The basic deal was for cleaning air ducts ($149.00) but they also told me I could get a reusable filter for the furnace which I could take out, clean with water and put back in again instead of constantly buying the cardboard filters that are good for about 3 months. It saves us money and is more helpful to the environment (no need for more cardboard and wire to go into another landfill.) The reusable filter was $60.00. (I was paying about $120.00 per year for the other, non-reusable filters). They sanitized the air ducts when they were through and cleaned the dryer hose. I knew that would be extra but I needed it done. I also noticed that one of the ducts had come away from the vent in the floor and asked if they could fix it which they did at no charge. They cleaned up and the whole thing took about a little over an hour.

On time, efficient, clean. Will use again.
