The two man crew showed up on time and set up quickly. They placed a large blower outside the basement door and ran a large suction hose to the furnace. One workman covered the air ducts and set about cleaning one at a time. The other cut a hole an 8 inch hole in the main plenum and attached the suction hose. They were done in 1.5 hours. The workman in the basement did a poor job job of cleaning up. Screws holding the removable panels were not installed properly and dirt from the furnace and lots of sheet metal shavings were left on the floor. My primary complaint is how they left the system. The weather is hot so we turned on the air conditioner. After a day and a half the water alarm in the basement sounded . I found that the AIr Conditioning condensate catch basin was full of residue from the air duct cleaning process. This residue plugged up the drain line and caused the condensate drain water to over flow over the catch basin. Thankfully I had installed a water alarm so I was made aware of the problem before any real damage occurred. I am cleaning the residue from the catch basin and will disassemble and clean out the condensate drain line. My overall evaluation is "NOT IMPRESSED"

Jim and his assistant Dakota arrived at specified time. Explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to do the work in what I call LOL (Little Olde Lady) language. Both were very respectful to me and my home and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The guy came on time and did a clean and quick work. Result was also great! All furnace parts are inspected and cleaned. All air ducts and returns are cleaned. After the cleaning, we found that the fan kept running for 24 hours without stopping, so we called shut down the electricy to the furnace. The guy came next morning and it turned out that there is a switch on one side of the furnace that controls whether the fan keeps running or not. My bad, and the service is great! Will use again for sure.

Great to have the ducts cleaned after the previous owner and their pets moved out after nearly 2 decades. It doesn't appear they every cleaned the ducts. They were pretty efficient and clean during the process over all. The machinery is loud so it is not suitable for kids to be around during the service.

The workers were friendly, professional, and efficient. It had been many years since my ducts were cleaned so they were *really dirty*. Their high-powered vacuum sucked everything out to their truck, with very little dust thrown up into the air. I paid for only duct cleaning through Angie's list. I was already interested in buying extras like sanitizing, furnace cleaning and a UV light to reduce allergens, and of course they were happy to sell me those too. All together the extras cost another $500. But don't be shocked, I was expecting it, and they were not at all pushy about up-selling. I was pleased that they could do everything on the same visit even though it wasn't planned. If all I had wanted was the duct cleaning, I'm sure they would have just cleaned the ducts and gone. Overall I'm very happy with the service. The house smelled cleaner immediately, and my allergies have improved. I'm not going to wait so long between cleanings next time.

We bought a deal from Angie's List for the cleaning. Air Care USA promptly responded to my email to make the appointment and they called the day before the appointment as a reminder. They arrived on time and promptly went to work locating all the vents and cleaning the furnace including the blower. The whole process was very easy. They will offer you extra services, but they will not try to pressure you into buying. They put a sticker on the furnace that shows the date they cleaned and the recommended time for the next cleaning - in about 4 years. Overall, I am pleased with this company and will hire them again next time.

The job was done quickly and well. The team was personable and showed me examples of what they were finding and cleaning. They even fixed a vent that "whistled" at no extra cost. Because my ducts had not been cleaned in at least 15 years(!) I paid a little more for a sterilizing treatment.

Jim explained everything they were going to do and made suggestions to keep our HVAC system performing at its best. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything above what I had originally scheduled. The services were performed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Air Care USA again and will refer them to my friends and family.

We had waited much too long to have our duct work cleaned. We purchased the deal on Angie's List and they responded right away to schedule the cleaning. We had to wait several weeks for the cleaning, but the two guys that came to do the work were very professional and seemed well informed. A lamp shade was broken during the process because it was loose in the lamp and fell out and they came to tell us right away and did not try to hide it. They called to see if they could arrive a few minutes early which worked well for us. They were able to tell us what issues they found and they will send us a postcard with a reminder when it is time to get the ducts cleaned again. We were very happy with their work.

Very professional. Much less dust flying around our house after the filthy vents were cleaned. The usual upsell for better filter and cleaning of air handler. I stuck with what was purchased and the guys were great.

They did cut a whole at the base of my furnace and cleaned it the most professional and thorough method. I had contracted with another duct and furnace cleaner for over 2X (furnace check) and they walked away after cleaning furnace saying that they would not be able to clean the ducts. They refunded but I would not have paid for the furnace check at that price. Then I thought, ok, I will see what these guys would do? This company only charged 149 per Angies List plus tax. I added the sanitation of the vents and also bought a filter that is reusable electrostatic for $65. As filters cost $35 a piece, thought it would be worth the try. With this filter it is recommended to wash every 3 months with a garden hose and rated higher in removing dust from the system. They should add this information to their add. I would highly recommend. Overall very pleased, professional and took about 1 hour. They recommended duct cleaning 1X every 4 years. Not a scammy company.

They arrived on time and did a great job. It was obvious that the two folks who came out were very knowledgeable about the service they were performing. There was a little bit of upset for the lifetime filters but that was fine. It does seem a bit cheaper on Amazon so you could just get them and replace yourself. The UV light was something I asked for. In all, it feels like we have significantly better air quality inside our house now. Both me and our eight month old used to sneeze once in a while and that has come down significantly. Btw, we bought this as an Angie' List deal and apparently Angie' doesn't collect sales tax. So that was a 10% expense out of pocket as well.

It was fine. It took them a couple of hours to complete the job I guess. I wasn’t there. There were no unexpected issues. They were fine. The quality was good.
