Jim called and said they had finished their first job early and asked if they could start my job earlier. They arrived 30 minutes early and went right to work. Jim and Dakota did a great job, explaining everything they were doing. They were friendly and hard working throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jim and his partner arrived on time. And got right to work. They both were very respectful and did an excellent job. There was only one issue I had with their job. I feel they should have turned the thermostat back on and have air come up threw the heat registers. And then vacuum up all the dust that came out and went everywhere. I had to do all the clean up, which included vacuuming and dusting.

went great !! will use him again. I ended up getting a different metal furnace filter that has been awesome. We have lots of pets so there is hair everywhere. I have noticed I do not have to vacuum nearly as often - love that. The vent is very easy to clean. WE also installed a blue light that is suppose to help with allergies - verdict still out on that one, but when the light burns out I will put in a new one.

They arrived on time, went through the house and counted all the ducts, and then prepped the house for the cleaning. They were extremely informative and professional as they went through the house. The ducts had not ever been cleaned before, so it was necessary to make a hole at the base of the furnace for the hose. I purchased an electrostatic filter to replace the paper one. I paid a total of $214 which included the $149 Angie's List coupon plus the extra $65 for the new filter. They were very thorough and speedy. I will definitely use them for duct cleaning in the future.

Seemed to go well. the guys were prompt, friendly, professional and seemed to have good equipment., Trouble is, every since the duct cleaning and only when my heating system runs, I get a fine film of brown dust deposited on everything in the house. This tells me that the ducts must not be clean.

They also checked the filter on my furnace, which I had just spent money on for an annual service/cleaning. The filter that the furnace company replaced was the cheapest only 14% effective. The provider was very helpful with recommending a filter that has over 95% effectiveness and has a lifetime warranty. This was a FANTASTIC experience, I will use this company always, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Everything went well... vendor turned up on time, and also made some fixes to some holes that we found during the process free of charge. We opted for some lifetime warranty filters, but it wasn't a hard sell. Very happy with the service

They were here punctual, professional and explained the process thoroughly. Showed me what were areas of risk and what I needed to do to maintain my systems. They were very knowledgeable and kept it clean. I really feel like I have a better understanding of what I need to do to keep my home maintained. I would definitely hire these again, and will keep them on record for my maintenance.

They were 2 guys...one young boy(Alex) with an older guy. The only good thing I can say is they were punctual...but when it comes to being professional and respectful it was a total disaster from the beginning Alex entered the house. I don't even know why the company sent a young arrogant boy to do the job in the first place....the same boy started criticizing the previous company which did the duct cleaning without any knowledge on what that company has done....Well I couldn't stand the young boy arrogance anymore so I ended up showing him the exit door. Even after showing him the exit door, Alex kept running his mouth & I was almost about to call the cops!! However the older guy that was with the young boy(Alex) was nice and he(older guy) even came to apologize after on what happened. Being Professional & Respectful are one of the key basic competencies companies should strive for! After they left I called Angies list and request a full refund & the person I spoke to was nice to send me other duct cleaning companies to check out.

They discovered a blockage in the dryer vent and fixed that and cleaned my furnace all in their allotted time, usually they have to charge extra.

The guys who came were super nice, very professional and not at all pushy. Just genuine nice guys who did a good job.

Apparently tax was not included at the moment of purchasing the service in Angie's List. However, when the tax amount was collected in my house, the amount was not charge as tax but as a different charge. I requested a new invoice and asked why the amount was not put as tax and the person on the phone said I could just write over the invoice and change it myself so it can be shown as tax. In addition, it took them a whole month to be able to make it to the appointment. Service was purchase March 8, service was provided April 6th. Sounded to me like I was ripped off... will not recommend or use them again.

Bait and switch and HORRIBLE job We called Air Care USA and Jim, the owner, said they'do a COMPLETE air duct SYSTEM cleaning with unlimited vents, for $149, as advertised in Angie's List. When they got here they said that the "SYSTEM" cleaning only included vents/returns (other companies include furnace cleaning as part of the SYSTEM cleaning). Jim said he'd include the furnace cleaning for another $120, and tried pushing other unnecessary services adding to over $400. At that point it was a clear case of bait and switch and I should have asked them to leave. Instead, I asked to only do the vents. We have an old house, and the vents don't close. In the past, when companies have cleaned the ducts, they cover the vents to prevent the dust from the ducts to come into the house. Jim didn't cover several of the vents, and for those that they covered, they used ill-fitting, dirty foam, that left many gaps. When I mentioned something, he said he didn't cover them to prevent the whole vent system from collapsing! (weird, as every other company we've hired has sealed the vents). In the meantime, they happily used some sort of air pump to lift the dust from the ducts. They didn't cover furniture, dragged hoses on top of hardwood floors, didn't clean EACH vent individually, nor cleaned up dust left after they finished their job. Now the whole house smells like dirt and dust. I checked some of the ducts only to find a lot of dust and cobwebs in the "cleaned" vents. Some of the vent covers are also covered by dust, and a large piece of filthy foam (over 15x4 inches) was left INSIDE one of the ducts.. In addition, without authorization, he cut a hole in the return line by the furnace. He said he did it because there was no other way to access the return. However, this is easily accessible by simply removing the filter (20x16x4 - see picture). Finally - as I know he brought this up with BBB: As soon as he walked into the house he claimed we had a rodent problem, and said (without looking at the vents) we would benefit from sanitizing our vents (at an additional cost). I did some research and found that, except in extreme cases, EPA advises against sanitizing vents for many reasons. When I told him that he brushed this off and said he knew what he was talking about because he has been doing this for a long time. When he finished, he claimed he had vacuumed a mouse out of our vents. Funny, since (a) we have a regular preventive pest maintenance done in our house, with no rodent problems to report. (b) He showed me the dirt he claimed to have all come from our vents, and there was not mice, no droppings, etc.

The two men arrived on time, and completed the job on time. The were friendly and courteous. I was a little dissapointed that "disinfecting" the air vents meant just air treatments, no "soap and water" cleaning. They did vacuum out the ducts with large specialized equipment.

They showed up on time and completed the duct cleaning in a couple of hours. They were professional and easy to work with. They charged a fair price for the work.

Arrived on time with all the right equipment (A giant sucking machine) and observed that no shortcuts had been taken by properly sealing all ducts, air intakes and that each duct was fully serviced. Very competitively priced (very large house - most will limit you to the number of air vents and the price goes up rapidly for additional vents) and duct cleaning is all they do and do it well and efficiently.

Initially I bought a clean air vent package for $149, which was a great price. When they got here I asked about furnace & dryer vent cleaning. I bought an Electrostatic Air Filter, had the furnace cleaned & vents sanitized and the dryer vent cleaned. This was an additional charge, but well worth the money. Clean the filter 4 times a year, never needs replacement. They did a great job, and I am very happy with this company. I will definitely call them again when it's time for cleaning.

Duct cleaning went really well. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They offered relevant additional services but didn't hard sell them either.

AirCare arrived on time and ready to work. We showed him where the floor ducts were and he explained what he would be doing. We have had this done previously but his equipment was newer and his 18 years of knowledge backed up his actions and words. He used a whip that agitated the particles inside the ducts that the last company missed. Without being asked he even replaced our furnace filter at the end of his visit. He made a couple recommendations which we will definitely followup on. Great service at a fair price. We are very happy with this Angie's list purchase and service.

They came once, with too large of a vehicle to fit into the driveway of our townhouse, and had to reschedule for a different day later in the week. When they returned, they did so promptly. They tried to upsell me on several other services which would have doubled the price of the "deal" I got from Angie's List and were kind of sullen ("well, fine then!") when I wouldn't bite. They did clean the ducts and vents thoroughly, though.

The crew was very professional - explained what they were doing, gave some tips along the way, and showed us the results of the cleaning.
