Responsive, professional scheduling. Very, very thorough. Was worried about them being quick and low quality given the low price, but they were excellent.

They arrived on time and without wasting any time got started. They asked me to walk them through the house so they could learn on the location of every vent and air intake. They looked at my furnace and showed me the dust it had collected over time and recommended me to clean them. They were not pushy and totally let me decide and I liked that. I chose to clean the furnace and a/c coils for an additional 125$. They took 1.5 hours to clean everything (~3600 sq.feet home) - they were 2 of them. The only thing I would have liked them to have done is to have used a show cover when walking through the house.

Did try to upsell on other services offered. We didn't use any of them and when we mentioned we didn't want to he didn't have any issue with us calling around to find other bids. Overall he was fine and professional.

They were booked solid for most Saturdays so the earliest was a month out. They were scheduled to arrive between 11-12, but called to say they were ahead of schedule, could they come earlier, which I very much appreciate. Nice, friendly service. 2 techs, completed in about an hour and half. Didn't feel upsold and appreciated him taking the time to show me how the furnace wasn't completely "serviced" with all of the dirt and dust on the blades of the fan.

He was on tie, reasonably priced (less than quote) and professional. Got the job done in a timely manner.

This is the 3rd time I have used their service. I asked about the dryer vent cleaning and they told me I did not need that service as my dryer vents directly outside. They have always told me the truth, and I value that. I clean the dryer vent my self. The work was done correctly, cleaned up after and on their way in about 2 hours. I had sheetrock dust in everything and it is nice to not breath that into my lungs. I will be calling for an appointment again in the future.

It went very well. They were able to do the work a couple of weeks before the original schedule (whcih as good). They arrived as promised and were very professional and courteous. The work was completed with no problems and minimal disruption. Overall it was a very successful and satisfying job.

On time, minimal time to direct to line. Done in 25 minutes, showed me the lint that came out. Fast, friendly, effective.

Did a very good job of cleaning vents

Jim was very helpful and offered advice on better air filter and the UVC light system to kill gems, I will have one installed in my home and for the next new home I will inspect the vents and furnace closely for drywall dust as they run the system to help dry the walls as they tape and texture the home also when painting. Very good to know and I will call on them again for future services.

Technician and apprentice were prompt and friendly. Was told ducts were dirty and that filter on furnace was clogged with dust from construction. Purchased permanent washable filter at providers suggestion. Fan would blow but furnace heat would not turn on after service. Called technician and asked if a switch might have been turned of inadvertently. He advised there was no such switch and offered to return and inspect the system for possible issues. I declined as it was the middle of summer and I didn't want to take more time off from work for another appointment. I'm semi-handy so I climbed into the attic and attempted to identify the issue myself but had no luck. I was surprised/disappointed to find a clearly labeled light switch that turns off the furnace system for service purposes though. In September, I called the company that installed the system when the home was built and had them come out to take a look at the furnace for the upcoming winter. That technician identified the issue as and "easy fix": Two "blade style" connector leads had been disconnected from the electrical components. I assume these were disconnected when the furnace itself was cleaned or when the furnace service panel was reattached back in May. Either way I was disappointed to hear that it was an easy fix along with the switch incongruity.

Two folks showed up on time, were courteous and thorough and respectful of my family, and talked with me about what they were doing and what they found.

I was able to get a Saturday appointment and they arrived on time. Both service technicians were courteous and professional. They explained everything they would be doing and were very efficient. All of this created a feeling of confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Very professional and clearly explained what they were doing and why. In and out, friendly professional. Able to get to a furnace in a small crawlspace that Coit couldn't get to due to their large trucks. Great company to call for small houses with tight quarters!

Very friendly person answers phone & finds a date. The techs arrive on time, assess the situation & provide honest advice. Although using a coupon they said my furnace was clean & did not need service. Makes me very happy about honesty, especially since I am trusting their expertise. Cleaned ducts in an efficient way, cleaned all vents thoroughly & even cleaned electros & aid filter. Definitely part of my maintenance team!

The cleaners were early for the appointment and made extra efforts to clean the area they were working on. They done a great job.
